no joke, 10mil is good money, how much do you think marquez made vs pac ?? on a fight that did above 1 mil viewers...
marquez took a lot less money and also took the glory after that KO... but eith if ggg is trying to get more money fine, but he might end up getting a middle finger and no fight...

        * If Golovkin and Jacobs cannot generate 10mil TOGETHER, then why on earth would Canelo pay him 10mil?

The fact is, he COULD have taken 10mil, but he CHOSE not to
So you'd take $10 million if you deserve more relative to the pot of money available?

          Lmao....

          Roy the hypocrite..

Roy couldn't land the michlewski fight in late 90s but did he bump up n fight Lennox or jirov or evader... or did his hypocrite ass stay n fight Otis, rick Frazier, etc...

When Roy was in golovkin's spot, he chilled and collected HBO paychecks while fighting no hopers

            He refused Canelo twice?

Canelo invited him into the ring after the Khan fight, and Loeffler was told to stand by his phone on Monday morning. Yet they then relinquished the belt to fight Liam Smith instead.

Nobody would accept Oscar's flat fee offer, when they've yet to meet in person to discuss any specifics.

What do you mean he watched Brook make 4m +? GG made 5m.

How are they killing the Jacobs fight? As if Jacobs was going to get 40%

Loeffler wanted purse bids to get the fight tied up. But he's been trying to reach a compromise all throughout this last month. It's Jacobs who's stalling, claiming that he now needs 10-12 weeks preparation. It's laughable.

yes, first Mr "anyone from 154-168 doe " refused too fight Canelo over the weight.....
The biggest hurdle in making a fall unification between middleweight champions Gennady 'GGG' Golovkin (34-0, 31KOs) and Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez, 46-1-1, 32KOs) is the weight.

..... then, Mr " biznessman doe " refused to fight Canelo over the money.....
ARLINGTON, Texas -- Canelo Alvarez sent a firm message to Gennady Golovkin after knocking out Liam Smith in the ninth round Saturday night to win the WBO light middleweight championship before a record crowd of 51,240 at AT&T Stadium.

it appears that your 154-168 businessman, don't want nothing to do with the little red kid

you must be so proud LMAO

FACT: Golovkin could have taken the 10mil, but he CHOSE not to

pretty ****** to blame the A-side Canelo

The best part of this horse manure post, has to be:

"Canelo (unbelievably) gave in and decided to fight Golovkin at 160..."

              What was unbelievable about it?

Canelo had no reason whatsoever to concede ANYTHING to Gennady Hypekin..... who is a distinct B-side, and who has never had a career-defining fight

he should have told lil'G to go fight someone with a pulse

Golovkin ran around for FOUR YEARS stating that he can "beat anyone from 154-168", but because he was unwilling to be a man of his word, Canelo - unbelievably - agreed to move up and fight him at 160 in order for the negotiation to continue

as I said, Canelo should have refused to concede anything for a guy who cannot even make a mid-level fight happen

The fight would be HUGE, generating millions in PPV revenue.

Why would his team have accepted a flat fee offer, 12 months out, from a company who've proven to be untrustworthy, when it will be one of the biggest grossing fights of all time? No respected businessman would accept such an offer 12 months out, when both teams haven't even met in person to discuss any specifics.

                You are absolutely clueless.

aaah right..... not fighter, businessman ^^

                  97k PPV buys =/= 10mil

..... how could the guy who cannot generate enough revenue to pay Jacobs more than "Quillin money" even deserve 10mil, let alone more?

If Golovkin/Jacobs cannot generate 10mil TOGETHER, then how the fk is he worth 10mil to Canelo?

why would you guys prefer to cut off one of your fingers rather than admit that Golovkin COULD have taken that fight, but he CHOSE not to?

It is good money but flat fees are never done for big ppvs, much less for the biggest fight in boxing. Even you recognize it's unfair, see that post I responded to

if you wanna say..... that they still have room to negotiate and should continue to do so, then fine..... but for fk's sake stop insinuating that Canelo is unwilling to make that fight..... clearly, that fight is there if Golovkin wants it, for "good money"..... right?

the crybaby red butthurt crusade is getting lame
