You really are special needs aren't you chief.

How many times do you need things explaining to you before it sinks in?

    Jacobs:

Have you followed what's been happening within the last 6 months?

At the beginning of the year, Jacobs said he wasn't looking to fight GG for the next 12-18 months.

Then when GG had signed to fight Brook, he said he wanted the fight.

After the Brook fight, he then said again he wanted to fight GG, but he had a Mora rematch first.

After Mora, he went back in the gym and was looking towards a fight in December.

He then wanted 40% against GG which he was never going to get.

Negotiations are still on going, but now his trainer has said he needs 10-12 weeks preparation.

    It's an absolute joke.

    Lara:

His manager Luis DeCubas has recently said that they are currently happy at JMW. He also said that a fight would be very hard to make due to the networks and the purse. But he did confirm that Loeffler has met with Al Haymon to discuss the possibility.

    Saunders:

He hasn't fought in a year, and he's only expressed an interest in GG after the Brook fight. Before the Brook fight, he basically said he wasn't ready, even telling Eubank that GG would beat them both on the same night.

    Canelo:

Oscar clearly doesn't want the fight yet. They messed GG around on numerous occasions, telling Loeffler to stand by the phone after the Khan fight, only to call Frank Warren for a Liam Smith fight instead.

    Ward:

A contract was sent when the Lemieux fight had been tied up, and he was awaiting on the outcome of Cotto-Canelo. Ward has also recently said that he can't make 168 anymore. The fight was never really viable. Both guys were at very different stages of their careers.

    Cotto:

Please! He was never fighting GG at any weight.

So no, he couldn't simply have fought those guys.

You have no understanding of anything.

You're nothing but a clueless hater.

The site needs cleansing, and your name should be right at the top of the list.

        You're clueless.

You can't appreciate circumstances or anything.

You're one of the worst posters here.

fk moving up, what about just taking 1 of those fantasy fights that he keeps talking about.....?

he started talking about 168 back in 2012, if not earlier

I will wait for you to bump my post, with baited breath.....

You can spin that however you like but the fact remains.....

FACT: he could have simply fought Canelo

That is yet another fight that Golovkin COULD have taken, but he CHOSE not to

When will the excuses finally stop ?
Who gives a **** what Canelo got for Floyd?

He was a young kid who had nothing to lose and everything to gain.

It was over 3 years ago.

          Different circumstances.

Stop trying to do direct comparisons all the time.

K2 want the best deal for their guy. The fight is at best 12 months away. If it happens, it will be huge and it will generate millions in PPV. So they're not going to accept a BS flat fee offer. They want a percentage from the total revenue. Only an absolute moron of a businessman would accept that on behalf of their fighter.

Why do you continually embarrass yourself?

Canelo COULD have honoured his mandatory and not given up the belt.

Oscar COULD come to the table to reach a fair compromise for an overall percentage.

You COULD be less biased and more objective.

You should listen to Redd... real men in life don't make excuses. the blue-collar joe will find a way to make ends for his family even if it's a shift not ideal to him...

There's a saying, ''everyone for themselves''

you make it seem like there are no options for Gennady Golovkin, and you don'T criticize what many of us make fun of, his mgmt. perhaps you should jump on that train because I assure you it'll probably just get better..

How can you blame other boxers for Gennady's career? In Layman's terms, if Gennady is the Hulk that he is, then he should go campaign at 168 and steal a belt! a 2 Division champ is better than coasting at 160. It doesn't matter if Bhop did it. He set the standard, so copying him when it's acknowledged that the division sucks or he can't get any fights makes his circumstances acceptable?

to you it is clear that Gennady's mgmt can do no wrong. I was in sales for 5 years, and I was hell of good at it. I'm now in IT... I can assure you there are many gullible buyers that eat what salesmen feed them...that suspension of disbelief.

Why do people keep using the word 'refuses' ?

He is trying to secure fights at 160.

He is currently in negotiations to fight Jacobs.

He has not refused to move up one division.

At this moment, there is no one to fight at SMW. They are all tied up.
