Ward has no superfights. however he did decline VADA testing.
he works with Victor Conte too.
red flags all over.
now within a few short years in his adulthood, he has to cut off an arm to make 168? PED abuse.Comment

We have a major misunderstanding. Let's forget about Mayweather, because I know his name confuses many people's arguments. Sugar Ray fought Hagler for the MW title. Sugar Ray only went up to 158, so he still wasn't a true MW. However his skill level allowed him to beat one of the best MW fighters of all time. Just because GGG vs. Ward would've been @ 168, doesn't mean GGG would've had to go to 168, just like (as you stated) Floyd didn't go to 154 for Oscar. I wanted to see GGG attempt go beat the bigger guy like Floyd and Sugar Ray Leonard did. I wish Ward could've done the same, beat Kov @ 175, and come back to 168 and fight GGG. However, like I said, they all can't be Mayweather. No don't say we. Say you. That's what you're talking about because it fits your narrative. How would it even apply if the person you are talking about didn't even go all the way up in actual weight. Especially when you say "everybody can't be Mayweather". The yo yo effect means that losing and gaining the amount of weight between the division limits would have had a negative affect on the persons body. Mayweather did not go up to 154 in actual pounds. So therefore your statement does not apply to him.Comment

At this point, I wouldn't expect Ward to consider dropping back down to fight Golovkin. He needs to be focused on Kovalev, who will give him all he can handle. Now after Kovalev destroys him, then the son of Mr. Ward might decide that LHW is too much for him & move down.Comment

I agree if Kovalev beats Ward, where can he go from there? Rematch might be the best option but if he gets KO'd he might even need to give GGG the catch weight. I give Ward lots of credit for taking on Kovalev he is putting his career on the line.Comment
