I agree and there's no reason to expect it to happen anymore. It's fantasy at this point.

Ward is continuously asked about the possibility of fighting WBA/IBO/WBC/IBF middleweight champion Gennady Golovkin (36-0, 33KOs).

Dang, he's fighting the baddest man at 175 and they still asking him about a guy who only wanted to fight Froch & Chavez Jr at 168. But these same media members never ask GGG about fighting Ward smh.

He's fighting a guy who is not that heard of or known this is why Ward will always be asked about the most known and feared fighter about even if Ward for some miraculous reason wins against Kovalev the public won't give him much props for it because he's meant to win he's the favourite this is his natural weight limit there is absolutely no adversity to be dealt with like there never ever has been in Wards career.

I wish they'd stop asking him about it to be honest, it's not happening ever as they are too far apart in weight. And honestly since Ward moved to 175 he has not spoken about wanting to fight Golovkin.

So it will take a miracle for Ward to win but he won't get much props for pulling off said miracle.... where's the logic in that?

Golovkin rent boys are a different breed of ******, waiting for the other ******ed ones to stop by.

I wonder if seeing Ward grapple and punch, and overall just working guys over on the inside with artistry gives Golovkin flashbacks of when Gaydarbek Gaydarbekov was pushing his **** in. He may genuinely be on a PTSD kick whenever Ward is around. I don't blame him for not taking the fight really, every fighter has a style kryptonite.

Explain why GGG is never asked about Ward? His side was the one who didn't want the fight.

Big fan of GGG here, but you don't duck a bulldog to face pitbull...all respect to Ward for not hanging around doing nothing in a division he cleaned up already, and instead going to face literally a killer, at a heavier weight. Full props to GGG to for trying to go undisputed, but I've no doubt they just didn't want Ward
