And who was it that asked the WBA to postpone their mandated title fight so he could have an interim fight first??

The negotiating deadline was extended by 10-12 days. During which Haymon apparently did not answer Loeffler's calls. Now Rozier says it was never gonna happen on December 10 anyway.
