Who was he gonna fight on Dec 10th? The WBA let it be known before the Jacobs fight on September 9th they were going to mandate the GGG fight after his fight with Brook. So who was Jacobs gonna fight on that date if they had the venue set? There's also a Showtime card on Dec 10th not including Jacobs.

That wasn't an extension. There original purse bid date never changed. Loeffler asked for an early bid. The original date was Oct 12th. GGG fought on September 10th & they had 30 days to negotiate or go to bid. September 12th was a Monday, start of business week. The date never changed

And who was it that asked the WBA to postpone their mandated title fight so he could have an interim fight first??
