Trying to apply Golovkin's methodology for Rigo now huh? So if Rigo attempts the WBC with Gary Russel Jr., will having moved up be considered ****** because it makes your insecurities spooked for Golovkin?

The fight that needs to happen is Gamboa-Lomachenko. That would be a super-exciting fight between two fast, skilled, aggressive athletes. And Yuri is actually calling for it. Never say never, but that Rigo match-up isn't likely to ever materialize. Rigo barely fights as it is, and he won't meet Vasyl on his terms. We're supposed to hope for this bout? Don't hold your breath....

Loma-Gamboa is a great fight and the next best fight to make after Rigo. I'd love to see that fight. It would be Loma's biggest challenge to date (other than Rigo).

But fans need to press for the Rigo fight... it's too monumental to let just slip by... Real boxing fans have a responsibility to call for it... And until that window is permanently closed because of Loma getting too big, it will always be a possibly.

that would be a great fight. Gamboas a real classy fighter, even with a huge size difference he gave crawford problems.

No reason why Loma vs Rigo can't happen. Absolutely no reason.

Rigo saying he is trying but can't put on weight. It's no easy for him to move up.

I never cared for the fight because Lomachenko was always too big for Rigondeaux to begin with, Loma would have stopped him.

Lomachenko is not a huge guy. Two inches is not huge.
