WHY does anyone wanna see this mismatch? Loma is WAY too big for Rigo. Please move on there are lots of other matchups for both fighters.

Yeah, Walters wanted to be a little diva because he knew people would blame Loma just like they always do. But in the end he is only making 50,000 more than the original offer. Sounds like a super intelligent guy.
If the Rigo fight happens cool but I don't want Loma's team to pursue it. Rigo doesn't have much time left and his team is only wasting it by waiting and waiting.
And Loma will not lose to Rigo. I'm super confident in that. There's a reason why Rigo and his team don't want it although they pretend they do.
Rigo Demands:
124 lbs catchweight- check
Rehydration clause - check
700,000 dollars for rigo - check
Rigo Backs out and said "NOOOO Not enough moneh for me!" after Loma team agreed to all of his demands.

He protected Juamma before and only wanted to trow Gamboa to bigger fighters like Rios and after the breakup Crawford. Loma present no physical or speed advantage vs Gamboa and he will not take that risk.

It would be the biggest test of each guy's career. It solidifies the winner a preeminent place in the annals of boxing history.
But the fight needs to get done now before Loma becomes too big.
Kov/Ward and Fury/Ortiz are better.
But it is a great fight, and one I've been waiting for. One we deserve as fans.

But the fight needs to get done now before Loma becomes too big.Originally posted by Derranged View PostRigo should've moved up when he had the chance. Loma has moved on.Originally posted by darius45 View PostJust because negotiations failed first time through doesn't mean you give up. As long as Loma can make 126 which he still can, the fight is still a possibility... and you don't move on from a once in a lifetime fight. Loma prides himself on taking on the biggest challenges...there is no bigger challenge than Rigo....and there will probably never be a bigger challenge in his career... which is why it's so imperative to make this fight now.
This is the kinda of fight hardcore fans should be salivating over.Originally posted by HanzGruber View PostThat ship has sailed. Loma is a big mofo already talking about 135Originally posted by GMAN SUPREME View Postrigo's career appears to be dead that's for sure.there's been no word about his next fight.rigo refused to move up he wanted no part of loma.loma would have beaten him.Originally posted by Willy Wanker View PostI hope that's the case because I still really wanna see this fight.
But Lomachenko seems to have moved on. He has a lot of options at 130, one of the more stacked divisions in boxing. As for Rigondeaux, Frampton is the best option. I think he schools Frampton, but he's not getting any younger and he needs to make these big fights happen soon.
loma is being fast tracked to the 140-147lb division in order to take advantage of a deep and notable division if all the players that CAN be ACTIVE are activated:
return of floyd jr
pacquiao still there
marquez is still lurking around
that's 3 first ballot hall of fame ATGs.....
in the same division...
then you got in prime fighters who maybe arent top echelon future ATGs but are respectable young champs and contenders who have notoriety, and have fought named guys that can make for a great fight:
crawford
maidana
berto
ortiz
porter
thurman
garcia
spence
bradley
mathyysse
khan
there needs to be a super six welterweight tournament....
despite the crap boxing has been this year and over the years,
it still has so much potential....
