I think it's just that Max Kellerman would probably suck GGG's **** if given the chance, and HBO's crew talk about him so much, that BS talk influences the masses.

You can say this and that about one guy or the other, the fact remains, it's a pretty close fight and it wouldn't be shocking if Canelo did win.
I don't think the bookies are swayed by Max. And you don't pull the duck if the century and become the sports laughing stock over a close fight. Close fight= Canelo dominant UD on the cards

Easy answer. Haters hating on GGG believe in the Brook fight he neglected to utilise any of his skills to actually box because he hasn't any, which of course is complete horse shyt. The detractors are so blinded in their desperation to knock him they can't fathom he allowed Brook to throw so he could land himself an opponent GGG had zero regard for his power completely walked through to batter into submission to the point his trainer threw the towel with a look of disgust the referee hadn't stopped it already.

Go back to the Lemieux fight an opponent GGG knew could punch and respected his power before the opening bell. He boxed to a stict plan utilising said skills and stopping his opponent without the Canadian landing a glove on him.

Of course they know all this but just enjoy trolling and encouraging guys like yourself to post threads like this so they can troll even more.

Golovkin threads are the worst on NSB and hold very limited interest to myself personally now, when the guy moves up to 168 and faces a legitimate competitive opponent I'll resume following his career as I did before his fan boys are as pathetic as his trolls.

Yea and these influx of claims that Canelo beats and KOs GGG only came out since this retired undefeated coward said that.

Funny how before this certain boxer said this there was pretty much zero claim that Canelo beats and KOs GGG.

I have no idea but one thing I know is for sure, that's one hell of a fight.

I think Canelo can push GGG to his brink. He's got just enough power, size, chin and boxing ability to really make that a tough fight.

I still take GGG by KO but man would it be fun for as long as it lasts.

We'll see the actual odds when the fight gets made. There are no official odds right now. If some idiot posted 'odds' it's pure speculation - there's absolutely no support for any sort of Canelo-Golovkin odds right now.

And if you think Canelo is gonna be on the run IMO you're gonna be in for a shocker of your life. Canelo weighs more than Golovkin while slimming down to 154. Once he gets a taste of 160, he'll be huge. His body is absolutely rock solid. He hasn't been budged by anyone he's fought so far. Everyone loves to quote how Golovkin has never been down. Neither has Canelo. The dude counters 40% of punches that are thrown his way, covers up the other 40%, and the last 20% he takes without a single flinch. You may see Golovkin box more while Canelo is the one who stands and trades (and counters).

They have exact opposite styles. Golovkin is a hunter. He feasts on guys who run around. He struggles a bit on the inside and when he's playing defense. Canelo is a defensive counter puncher. He's comfortable playing defense, loves when people come at him, and struggles with guys who dance around.

I said it months ago and I'll say it again - Canelo has been taking a lot of crap for ducking, marinating and dropping the belt. That has NOTHING to do with how great of a fighter he is.

they do odds for prospective match ups over here with some bookmakers. Paddypower and skybet have it exactly the same 1/4 golovkin, 11/4 for canelo/Them odds arent far off the golovkin v brook ones (1/6 golovkin, 4/1) so its seen as pretty much a mismatch by bookies over here

I know dude, I saw the 4-1 odds article too a long time ago. Those odds are crap. When [if] the fight gets made, we can talk about the actual odds. You can quote me or come back to this thread if you want.

Canelo is an absolutely terrific fighter, no matter how many b1tch moves he pulls. If you think he's a 4-1 underdog vs. Golovkin you're gonna be in for a HUGE surprise.

dont see odds being much different to that at all really. people on here are saying canelo can do it etc, but deep down they know he cant and i doubt any of them will be putting money on it. even canelo and his transvestite ****ed up freak of a promoter dont even think he can win or they would have made the fight....

He!o learnt to vcherry pick from floyd. Nelo won't fight GGG until he thinks he's ready and that he thinks he can beat GGG.

So right now he dont think he can beat him. But when nelo signs the contract he will think he can beat GGG.
