why is canelo suddenly getting picked to beat ggg?

Have i missed something ? Cause suddenly on this site its gone from noone giving canelo a chance, to many people on here saying hes going to beat GGG!? Wouldnt mind hearing why people have changed their mind, were you that impressed by him beating khan in 6 rounds (longer than it took prescott and garcia) and taking 9 rounds to ko liam smith? Or has GGG suddenly started looking bad (Beating brook in 5 rounds and potentially ruining his career by fracturing his eye socket)? Cause im struggling to see where the shift in opinion is coming from, or are you lot just trolling? Is liam smith some amazing win or something, cause i'd be pretty damn sure that brook would be a heavy favourite at 154 against him.
The guy whos shared the ring with GGG, canelo himself, is so confident of beating him that he delayed fighting him for a year, apparantly to work his wa up to middleweight yet his first move was to fight at 154?!
I assume a lot of you are going to be making a lot of money from this fight if it gets made because golovkin is 1/4 and canelo is 11/4, so the bookies dont share your optimism. So im all ears as to why canelos going to beat him? Is it his great footwork (ive seen people move their feet in a swamp quicker) his fantastic power (couldnt stop cotto where pacquiao managed to) or his great defense (mayweather couldnt miss that big block head of his all night)?

Started happening after several pros picked Canelo. You're like a lot of these fans whose judgement is influenced by who you think is "scared". That may matter in the animal kingdom but boxing is "the science". Canelo has more depth to his technique and arguably better gameplanning. I still pick GGG to win but don't be fooled into thinking Canelo is fearful or that this isn't close to being an even fight.

there isnt much 'science' to this, guy with plodding feet with poor defence against someone who undoubtedly hits harder and who noone has ever seen down or wobbled in 400 or so pro/amateur fighters. And one guy wobbled the other twice in sparring. DOesnt take a genius to predict this one mate

didnt see much of canelos 'skills' against mayweather. or against lara where he struggled. people forget about GGG's amateur career, think thats evidence enough of his boxing skills...
