Straight question ... do you believe that GGG vs Jacobs would sell enough PPVs in the States to pay GGG and Danny the same money as GGG and Brook made in the UK? That's $4 million plus each?

Bear in mind, GGG and Lemieux made $4 million between the two of them on HBO PPV, and that fight only just broke even for K2.

I said...... that they split the pot more fairly with Hearn, because they actually wanted that fight.

I believe that Golovkin and the unknown Lemieux sold 97k PPV's..... and I also believe that the now-more-popular Golovkin, and the US-cancer-survivor Jacobs would likely sell around 150-200k PPV's, therefore generating more revenue..... definitely enough to pay Jacobs the 2.5-3mil it would take to make that fight.

And I don't give a fk if lil'G only makes 3-3.5mil himself, and at this point in time, considering some of the things that are being said about his resume/career..... neither should Golovkin.

Reasonable as far as trying to make the fight but Jacobs definitely doesn't deserve 40%. GGG's other option could be Saunders I guess? Idk.

75/25 is a long standing rule in purse bids, though I will say 65/35 or 70/40 at the very least is more fair., jacobs is not a big draw, especially compared to the risk he brings... Unless Golovkin can land saunders or canelo, no other fight brings the payday, so GGG better get it done.

If boxing was a legit sport, this fight would happen, 70/30, in NYC, with winner fighting saunders
