Ferocious! That left hook was a thing of beauty!

Michalczewski had some trouble and got into wars with a few Roy Jones opponents then I think one finally beat him JuGo (RIP) Julio Gonzalez.

I was shocked he couldnt outbox Gonzalez with his skill set

he was the last one I'd thought would get to DM considering JG went to war with fringe letterlough and got dominated by Jones

IMO Jones would have clearly beat DM, wish it would have materialized

Montel Griffin was dominating him before he got caught.

But often Montel's problem, as skilled as he was, his resistance was just not good and when Dariusz caught him it was the beginning of the end.

He became the undisputed champ by dominating Virgil Hill, then Jones entered the scene and the governing bodies took all the titles from the Pole and gave em to Jones. RJJ was never the undisputed LHW.

He's underrated and was unfairly treated because of being European.

Interesting how Virgil Hill who he beat to unify 175 is in the International Boxing Hall of Fame, but Dariusz is not.

He was a solid fighter...nothing more nothing less.

People big up Darius as a way to chop down RJJ.
He was too conventional....easy to hit...and slow,to bother RJJ in the least.

If he wanted some he knew where to find it....he didn't want any.

yea...people ragged on jones for not going to germany but if you were screwed like he was in Seoul, you wouldnt be keen on traveling to a fan favorites back yard either

DM is to roy jones....what Margarito/Williams is to floyd...a name people throw around to chop them down or say they avoided when true fans know better....they were the best and ducked no one

You only go to germany if you want to have to knock someone out twice to even have a chance on the score cards.
