If GGG sticks by his unrealistic 60/40 demand, he's effectively pricing himself out. GGG needs to seize this opportunity if he wants a shot at ppv stardom because at age 34, he only has so many prime years left, and a career high 8 figure payday plus upside is nothing to sneeze at.

Canelo's purse was $5M and when you combine it with ppv, it still reportedly came under $10M total. That was the highest grossing ppv in history at the time and no doubt Canelo's large Mexican/Mexican American fan base contributed a lot to it.
