The key sentence here is if "Canelo fight comes up that would trump any fight in boxing." Okay, lets fight in December 2016? What's the hold up? Why September 2017? Because a lot of things can change in a year. Who knows what will happen a year from now. This is nothing but a PR stunt from Canelo and GBP to save face. Lets get it on at 160 lb before the year end. Loeffler and K2 will make this fight in a heart beat. This time Canelo doesn't have anywhere to duck. No more belts to vacate.

According to everything that's been said by both sides the last couple hours, Canelo hasn't ducked anything. Unless of course you put major stock in GGG's "give me my belts" punchline. Seems like Team GGG needs to get on the same page. Because according to Gennady's promoter, Canelo hadn't duckeda damn thing. And its the GGG side dragging their feet.

Okay...once and for all. "8 figures plus ppv upside plus 160 offer or at least contact them back with a counter offer they had over 30 days" sounds good and all but it's an effen fantasy when it's going to happen in September 2017. Canelo hasn't ducked anything, LOL. 2 major ducks. 1st duck is vacating the middleweight belt to avoid fighting GGG. 2nd duck is "offering" a contract to GGG so it doesn't seem like Canelo is ducking but push it off to September 2017. Major ducks.

With this Canelo/GBP PR stunt, the question is now becomes why doesn't GGG accept to fight Canelo. Very smart move on Canelo/GBP's part. The real question should be why is GGG accepting a fight that we don't know if it will even happen since it will be September 2017. Someone please go ask Canelo and GBP why offer fights when it's a year out. Who does that kind of stuff? Ward? Yep. Canelo/GBP taking a page from Ward/Roc Nation. Why not December 2016? Because they offered the fight earlier this year at a catch weight below 160 and GGG camp is on record saying they refuse to fight canelo at any weight but 160 and would not negotiate weight. I can provide quotes from GGG, his trainer and promoter all saying they won't drop even 1 pound. Canelo fights at 154/155 right now. Since they don't want to come to his weight GB said we will move up and be ready for 160 next year and here is the contract. What is the problem now from the fraud GGG? Ward needed a year to get ready for 175 too difference is Kovalev ain't no bytch. If GGG would of lived up to 154 or 168 we could of had the fight earlier hell could of had Ward this year too. Funny it's always something from the GGG camp stopping big fights from happening.
