f^ck that all of a sudden he needs more exposure

just like his ppv numbers showed... he aint sh^t. that's why he only faced like 3 undefeated fighters his whole career. Everyone has to move to his beat, but then ggg makes no sacrifices.
Yep, GGG ain't **** ... that's why Cotto shelled out $850k to avoid fighting him and Canelo ran away and left the WBC belt behind when his turn came.

I think GGG would do very well on non HBO. I don't think he needs PBC because he gets a lot of push from HBO with support from ESPN.

He just may not be as popular as some of his diehard fans think.

Right, but your statement was that no matter what they do, Golovkin's drawing power is not increasing. I used that chart and purses to show you that you're wrong.

Yes, Canelo is definitely more popular - which is obvious to everyone. That gap has been shrinking in the last 2 years. We'll see how Canelo-Smith does on fight night.

Why would ggg be at least half?? That's insane. Canelo's Mexican, appeared on 4 PPVs already and one of those was a Floyd PPV. Golovkin shouldn't anywhere close to that.

ggg and some of his fans claim the purse split should be 50-50, so go figure, some even have the nerve to say that he is as popular if not bigger than canelo...
but again the numbers that really matter are the ratings , and ggg did less than in the murray fight, which is the last of his fights you can truly compare... the guy is supossed to increase his numbers, not to go down, he cant sell ppvs here in the usa and even after all the time and money invested by hbo can even increase his ratings as a network fighter... if only all those keyboard warriors will tune and buy his fights...

No GGG is fine and I think K2 is doing a great job given the limitations. Could he be a bigger star with PBC or just a more powerful promoter like Bob Arum, yeah he could but those promoters have other fighters to build up while with K2 GGG is 1 PRIORITY so no I don't think he needs to make a jump or anything but what he should do is get out of that HBO Exclusive Deal, that **** deal could keep bigger fights from happening with a Jacobs or Ievgen Khytrov or Sergiy Derevyanchenko or Maciej Sulecki just because of HBO because they're with Haymon so I think keeping his options open as far as having Networks BID for his fights like they use to do would = MORE MONEY instead of giving it to HBO and having them dictate everything and have influence on who you fight

Whilst I can see a point Jav didn't GGG do 850k views ? That's exposure, sure it could've been better but it ain't bad by any stretch.

This is a moderate risk, high reward thing to do, but I'm surprised more guys with a name & following don't attempt it. In particular right now when their seems to be some competition for who's gonna be putting on elite level boxing moving forward. A name guy could flip all over the main boxing TV channels options right now & maximize his pay + increase his fanbase with new networks to increase his pay even more moving forward.

He just needs better opposition. If he can't get Jacobs,Saunders, or Canelo by next year it's time to move up and I'm a Golovkin fan.

was GGG fighting at 168 lbs? let alone holding the lineal title at 168 lbs? say what you want but cotto's fans can't say shit about GGG when the guy c****d his pants at the sole idea of having to answer a simple question.
