Yeah he should have been docked a point for cutting the ring off and another point for breaking his face...

We've seen the different ways Golovkin approaches fighters. When he thinks they can hurt him, he usually "boxes" and is pretty cautious like with Stevens or Lemieux. But he didn't care at all with guys like brook or wade, just went in hard

Only thing that is worrying is that his face marks up very easily. One day he's gonna get caught and get bruised up or cut early on and it's gonna trouble him

you said golovkin leaned on him. i didn't........I said golovkin imposed his size on him IE every time brook went to the ropes he wasn't looking to pick his shots, stay calm. he just bombed away missing recklessly in till he finally caught up with brook with his middleweight strength. even golovkin admits to this. "he was not a middleweight so i wanted him to feel my power" you don't have to lean and hang on someone to impose your size on an opponent. did crawford lean and hang on to gamboa?

            get it now?

So GGG pretty much imposes his size on everyone he fights then. Anytime he cuts the ring off effectively he backs the other guy into the corner or against the ropes and he opens up his offense. Yesterday he was obviously a little impatient and swinging out of his shoes at times but he fights the same way against Middleweights as well

Golovkin was not "exposed" and he never appeared to be hurt. But he looked like crap for most of the fight and I'm beginning to think he was weight-drained or possibly sick. If it was the former, that could be a problem against Jacobs.

Shows how desperate some of you are to slate him that as soon as brook lands a couple of combos (most of which hit that the gloves) it means he was 'exposed'. The fight was a demolition job basically lol, GGG just throwing haymakers to get him out of there.
No fighter thinks to themselves "Hey this guy hasn't knocked me out yet so I'm going to forget all defense and walk towards him and take shots"

Only a moron would believe that they do.
