All the big media outlets like fat Dan, said the initial delays were due to problems finding an appropriate date and network. That's what Thurman implied numerous times as well.

Thurman is always quiet these days, he responded with one interview on fighthub if I remember correctly, addressing everything, he said he's accepted a Porter fight numerous times and is just waiting to get the call.

The point is, Thurman is nowhere near active enough and it's not his fault. He told me on twitter recently that he definitely wants to fight again this year, but I'm almost 100% he won't. The same goes for other PBC guys, I don't buy it that Danny doesn't want to be more active, imo something is wrong.

Danny turned down Pacquiao. He doesn't want big fights. Everyone is calling out Danny. His own father said it's better to fight the Salka's than Thurman's and Porter's. Garcia actions are in line with his father's words. Now there's talk of him possibly fighting Molina, smh. Danny is a joke. Minus the annual Floyd PPV, Showtime only had 3 fights last year from September to the end of the year. And they bought that Lee/Saunders fight.

Why are there no fights scheduled for October,November and December?

1)PBC is always slow to roll out the official schedule
2)NFL/NCAAF are now starting their seasons, increasing the carefulness needed in placing fight dates.
3)Showtime still gets the first dibs on fights for the coming Fall
4)negotiations are going to be negotiations [Danny Garcia's next fight, Charlo-Williams, the likely Frampton-Santa Cruz rematch, Thurman's mandatory defense, Stevenson-Alvarez, and a host of other fights still need to get worked out before dates are set]

Beyond that, in case you didn't know, HBO Boxing is dead after this weekend (sans the Alvarez PPV) until mid-November, after already going through a light summer.
