These guys are very vocal about wanting to stay active but they're fighting one a year, twice at most if we're lucky.

I know Al has a big stable and it can't be easy handling over 200 fighters, but if the problem isn't cash, he's doing a terrible job keeping these guys active.
Garcia just doesn't want to fight. I'm over him. Thurman and Porter wouldn't have been out so long if Thurman didn't get hurt and their fight pushed back. But Garcia just doesn't want to take any tough fights.

Thurman and Porter were scheduled to fight in March, having last fought in June and July, that's 8/9 months. It's not just those guys anyway, only Al's prospects are kept active, because their fights of obviously cost less.

I think you're wrong. He's been training for like two months and nothing has happened. Guys like Peterson and Figueroa haven't fought once this year. Jacobs is barely fighting this weekend. Stevenson will probably only fight once this year. It isn't the fighters.

Espinoza said a while back they weren't showing as many fights during football season so it was expected

They were originally scheduled to fight in January of 2016 and Thurman didn't want to have to train over the holidays that's why it was pushed back til March and then her got hurt.

What does football have to do with boxing? Football is during the day (mostly) and on Sundays (for the most part) while boxing is on Fridays and Saturday.

College football is just as big if not bigger than the NFL.

Garcia turned down Pacquiao. All he has to do is say the word and Thurman or Porter will fight him. The guy doesn't want tough fights. Peterson turned down the Spence fight. Stevenson has a mando with Alvarez. Both are with GYM so that's an easy fight to make
