On the other hand Brook is under-hyped - flying under the radar. He is a better boxer than any of Golovkins previous opponents. Albeit a LMW in reality. He also has oodles of self belief which is a prerequisite for defeating a "monster".
Whereas Khan looked like he had tiger Canelo by the tail and we all knew it was just a matter of time I'm thinking this fight will show a lot of kinks in Golovkin's armour and that'll be a good thing as we will see other fighters step up to fight him.
I wouldn't call GGG over hyped. He's never beaten an elite level opponent. But I ask myself, could he possibly have looked any better against the kind of guys he's been flattening since he came over to the States?

Brook definitely is underrated at this site. He's a product of the Ingle gym in Sheffield. The Ingles have been turning out world champions and genuine world class contenders since the days when UK boxers were looked upon as cannon fodder at world level - Naseem Hamed, Johnny Nelson, Junior Witter, Herol Graham, etc.

Combine that old school know-how with the scientifically based S&C and dietary advice he's been getting from the sports institute at Hallam University, and you can bet, Kell will be as fit and strong as he possibly can be at 160.

Get the latest boxing news, schedules of boxing fixtures and fight results on Sky Sports. Read interviews with top boxers like Amir Khan, Carl Froch and more.

The unknown factors are - just how much stronger and more powerful is he going to be at 160 compared to 147, and how much speed is the extra weight going to cost him?

We won't know the answers to those questions till the bell rings on Sept 10th. I'm really looking forward to finding out.

I disagree that Brook is any better of a boxer. I would argue that Brook's ring IQ is significantly higher. I don't think that'll be the game changer though.

The one pattern I see with GGG is that when you keep him in the middle of the ring - when you stand toe-to-toe away from the ropes - he looks like just another fighter in there. He excels when you back off from him and he attacks when you've got nowhere to go. Others can make excuses about how bully that makes GGG but I think it was Foreman that even said the only way to really beat him is to stand and fight, because he won't really expect it, especially if you're significantly faster than him. Brook is significantly faster than GGG.

But, Brook has a tendency to back away, like Khan does at times. Which I think is going to get him hurt.
I don't know how anyone could say Brook has a higher ring IQ than a German with 300+ amatuer fights. If you want to see someone who actually stood and fought with GGG in the middle of the ring look no futher than Gabe Rosado. Brook thinks he will be faster and have WW speed at 160 but he won't. If GGG has worked on his speed like I assume he's been doing for this fight than by his standards I think people will be shocked at how sneaky fast GGG will be looking back at his amatuer fights GGG was pretty fast. People forget he beat Dirrell who's all speed.

One thing about the UK fighters that became World Champions is the outside of Prince they are all very basic boxers with basic fundamentals. Kell Brook is no different. He was basically a MW fighting at 147 so it doesn't require him to be the most technically sound because naturally he's bigger than everyone. He hasn't really fought anyone at 147 either Porter is not really a sound boxer and Kell went life in death with him.

It's confusing as gggs critics underplay him saying he fought bums. But ggg opponents say ggg is too good we are not ready for him.? They can see they are not ready against him on the basis of seeing him beat bums up.
So I'm as confused as the next.

From the sounds of things, it appears that Brook is preparing to get knocked out early. However, it all depends how long GGG is planning on carrying him. I say it won't go past three.

The Ingle fighters are different though. The Ingles have always had a policy of allowing their guys develop in a way that suits them, rather than imposing a particular style.

Have you ever watched videos of Witter and Herrol Graham? Graham, imo, is one of the best boxers never to win a world title.
