Yeah but anyway GGG has some serious asian blood. He looks more european than asian but his brother looks at least half asian.

His father is white and from Russia. His mother is from Korea.

Similar to Andre Ward: Irish-American father, black mother (who abandoned him).

Contrastingly different fighting styles though, Ward is painful to watch while GGG is entertaining to watch.

You got it. I loved Julian Jackson and Terry Norris but damn they get ***ed up in this fight and were JMW on top of that. I also favor Hagler in a brutal bloody affair. Hearns probably beats him if he boxes but if he goes in with the mentality he had with Hagler he gets starched. Golovkin isnt the greatest MW of all time, Im not sure anyone here has said that. If they did Ive missed it or dismissed it as soon as I read it. What he is though is the reigning boogie man of boxing and has the pu$$ies of today running scared. All the guys mentioned in the post you quoted would have fought him no question and he would have lost some but he would have been in all of them.

He's not a privileged boxer, he had to move to a new country to fight.

He's never enjoyed home advantage. He's had world title fights in several countries. He's never needed referees to permit him to foul, or to protect him.

He's never been a prima donna who demands all the advantages. He doesn't badmouth other boxers, although he occasionally responds when they talk about him. He's never demanded his opponent wear gloves with extra padding.

He's a nice guy outside the ring. He doesn't beat up women.

He doesn't clamp his opponents arms, he doesn't clinch much, he doesn't head butt. He doesn't run from his opponents.

He wins his fights by knockout, not dull decisions. He's exciting to watch and good for the sport.

Why do some posters hate him so much?

GGG already beat 10 top10, including 4 world champs, 16 defenses so 4 wins more to b-hop's record, highest ko pecentage ever among middleweight champs, p4p top 3 in all rankings, never even been down in 400 fights, Amateur legend 345-5, olympic silver medal, world amateur gold, AND finally ducked by almost everyone.

4---Cotto - ducked his mandatory(GGG) twice by fighting Geale and Canelo

5---Chavez jr - Turned down 12mil offer by TR

6---Canela - Avoided his mando(GGG). Thinks that he is fighting at the weight-class of 155, as there is no such thing as a "155 weight-class" ,he is pretending to be not in the MW division because of GGG. There are 17 divisions just pick one, if you can't make 154 then you are a MW, simple. And then he dropped the belt when he had to fight GGG next, wow

7---Froch - After calling GGG out then when GGG accepted ,he backed down and now he is retired after making all the fuss, + GGG was calling him for more than a year b4 he was retired so no excuses for "retiring".

8---Ward - The diva of the 168lb division don't want to travel or meet the a-side GGG in a catchweight so he can become a good boy and get ktfo. Was willing to goto 160 for Floyd but when GGG said 164, Ward ducked + he was fine when Dawson came down a whole division for him but wont move half a division for GGG, smh
