If Khan says he will fight Brook if he faces Spence then expect it to happen him going back down to 147lbs. Also i dont think Spence will beat Brook, due to clash of styles.

Only problem is Brook had a lot of choices @ 147, but still fought Jo Jo Dan, Frankie Gavin, and Kevin Bizier! NOT COOL!
But I mean if he's taking on GGG he's obviously looking to take more risks at this point it would seem. And to be fair JoJo & Bizier were bs mandatory's forced upon him.
Now you can argue well he shoulda been more active & without recalling Brook's injuries over his reign I can't say how legit that is or isn't as a counterpoint. And for sure him fighting someone better in his voluntary than Gavin is a legit counterpoint, but 2/3's of his defenses were on the IBF not on Hearn or Brook & I'm typically a guy who's more critical of Brook than favorable so while not impressed with Brook's 147lb reign the IBF holds more fault at its meh-ness.

I think if he's looking for big fights he's gonna have to fight the 154lb title holders doe. Unless he's looking to just coast out his career having a similar reign at 154 like he had at 147 which I hope isn't the plan.

Not that Rios would have ever beaten Bradley, but no way does Bradley knock out Rios in any normal circumstances.

Both are very sturdy pressure fighters with great skill and and ring IQ, Golovkin is better at range, Spence is better inside, but both cut the ring off well, they're both vicious body punchers, with great accuracy and timing.
Spence would be looking to get inside Brook more so than Golovkin, so Kell could get the better of him if he could stay on the outside and control the range, but against Golovkin, Kell can't do anything on the outside either. The huge size disadvantage obviously doesn't help.
