Sorry i have respect for what RJJ has done put SUGER RAY!lol urr messin right? , urr just joking i hope ,
U BEEN SMOKING SOME FUNNY STUFF?
No im serious, and havent got my check yet so the bud hasnt been bought.... But hell ya i think RJJ would beat SRR in there prime no doubt about it i mean SRR was great for his era but what i dont think people bring to light is that this era (are era) is levels above that of theres in just about every aspect(I BELIVE), I mean SRR lost 19 bouts and im sure had RJJ been a fighter back then SRR would have lost say.... 20 to 21 bouts RJJ was that good, his comp might not have been but he made grown men look like kids

Well its all a matter off Opinion i guess,

i Just believe RJJ could have made a better reputation in the history off boxing fighting more A-level fighters, true he never dodged any1 but their was greater boxers out their who he should ave faced big example Nigel Benn.

When you consider all the great fighters in the past, it is pretty impossible to put Jones in the top 20. I think top 50 is OK, I don't have a problem with that, I have him in my top 100.

I agree with you, noway Jones is greatest of all time, I think the people that put Jones in the top 10 haven't really seen all the great fighters from the past. No offense to the Jones fans top 10 is pretty ******ed.

1 lose in his first 130+ fights. The man won 96 staright fights, I don't care if he beat bunch of white men, it still the greatest accomplishment in boxing history.

Saying SRR would destroy RJJ head to head doesn't make a lot of sense to me. SRR was at his best at welter and RJJ was at his best at SMW or LHW. Size strength and speed would all go to Roy in this matchup. But if we are talkin p4p then yes Sugar is better.

If i were asked to pick any fighter at any time and have them challenge SRR, i would pick the Roy Jones that fought MOntell Griffen te second time.

He doesn't make my top 100.

We should of been treated to Jones/Benn, Jones/Eubank, Jones/Nunn, Jones/Toney II, etc, but he was content to defend against Antoine Byrd and Richard Frazier instead.
