Did Floyd Mayweather use PED's? (simple answer for an OG member please)

He needs the TUE just in case it comes back positive? Positive for what? If it comes back positive for PED's, he's guilty even with the TUE.
If you mean to cover up it being postive for traces of using the IV, he could have easily microdosed, as you claim he did, and made sure it was out of his system well before taking the test, and USADA could have made sure of that.
And once again, just because you can physically drink doesn't mean that the IV isn't more appropriate to do. USADA has documents that explain that and I showed it to you already.Originally posted by ADP02 View PostSee, it did go over your head.
If Floyd/USADA hid the fact that Floyd used an IV then if the labs come back that he used an IV then he would be in trouble. I'm not talking about PEDs. I'm talking about Floyd using an IV to mask the PEDs. IVs are contained in plastic bags. They can leave a trace of the plastic when using the IV. If the lab finds that trace, Floyd is in trouble .....
So that is why they came up with the RETRO TUE in which you said that they could have hid from everyone.
Please use your reading skills. It's right there in what you quoted from me. Did you not see that???? It was the day of the weigh-in. Do you think he is not expecting to be tested?
Now tell me, if they were helping him out, why would they purposely want to create a papertrail that could get them in trouble instead of warning him about when to taper off his microdosing? All of the paperwork that is filed for the TUE is still sitting there and WADA could check all that **** out.
IT MAKES NO SENSE!
And if you're trying to say they are helping him only to cover up the IV use, it also makes no sense because even Hauser agrees that USADA was on the scene way before the IV!!!Last edited by travestyny; 07-30-2016, 11:19 PM.

I told you why the paper trail. Without it, Floyd was cooked!!!
I already told you. Lance Armstrong is but one example of it but because you know his name I use it. Lance used to also get notices ahead of time that the DCO was coming. Sometimes the notice came too late or didn't come. So Lance delayed the testing one way or another and sometimes they had to get a RETRO Prescription in which was illegal. Paper trail or not, high tech or not, it had to be done or else Lance would be cooked!
Floyd delayed as much as he can. That was probably enough to avoid the positive test. Who knows for sure but Floyd made sure to cross the T in TUEs and dot the I in IVsFloyd took no chances.
Lance Armstrong is a good example ....
but now we have Floyd:
- who has his own IV scandal.
- Low T/E results,
- is able to dictate when testing starts and ends.
- Is able to delay the testing up to 6 hours with no problem.
- Can get a RETRO TUE 3 weeks after the fight for something he didn't even need.
- Employs (pays) USADA to test Floyd. What can go wrong?
- USADA protected Floyd while throwing Manny under the bus.
- USADA wants athletes to send in 30 days in advance because TUEs can take up to 28 days to process. Floyd requests RETRO TUE. USADA approves next day. You think there was a thorough review?
Lance must be jealous of Floyd. Lance had to hide it all. Floyd was allowed to do it out in the open!
If not for Manny's team, we would more than likely never know about the TUE because they didn't even have to let us know. Its probably not the first IV / TUE rodeo for Floyd. Its only the first that we know of.

A whole lot of speculation in that mumbo jumbo. Let's see. Lance had to sneak an IV bag in. Floyd gave a partial sample before the IV and then followed the proper WADA protocol to be approved for the IV. I'm failing to see the similarity.
