Mr. Mayweather provided partial urine samples to USADA both prior to and following the infusion.

the paramedic and thereafter until a full sample was collected from
Mr. Mayweather. Mr. Mayweather was never outside the physical
presence of the USADA DCO from long before the IV was administered
until well after administration when the urine sample collection
process was complete.
I am sticking to the facts. That was just for that particular test, he was being tested before that and never tested positive and was providing full samples when he wasn't dehydrated. He was tested after and didn't test positive.

Partial sample = not enough to be tested
Two partial samples = full sample.
What do you need help with here? Ped’s aren’t in your system 24/7, that’s how guys avoid tests.

To get on the same page-Floyd never tested positive in any pre or post fight test. He had one issue when he was dehydrated and gave a partial sample. He took saline IV. He gave another partial sample and was negative yet again.
They fought. He beat Manny. Manny fans are bringing up these old threads because some posters are pointing out VADA wasn't involved with testing for this fight but instead NSAC did "VADA style" testing.
This is just what you guys always do when posters raise questions about Manny and PED's deflect to Floyd.
as to my initial post quoting you- Floyd would always beat Manny because he is as fast, taller, much longer reach (abnormal for someone his height), high IQ and lost importantly he doesn't fight the other guy's fight, he just fights from a distance and nullifies high output fighters punch rate with his jab and defense.
