Wilder get's a pass (because of povetkin?) GGG doesnt.
What about Wilder's 35 other fights? what's the exuse for all of them ?
everyone is messing all over GGG because of his fans, same thing with Floyd n pac, its nothing different than the thousands of threads they received... u guys can dish out all that mess but when it comes back on your fav fighter its an issue? even in the povetkin situation posters blamed wilder and made it his fault...., im not apart of all that childish back n forth nor am I interested... my point is how can a poster scoff at wilders competition and defend GGGs even if GGGs resume is better its not by much I mean come on? there are now some bigger names in the HW division so in the future we will see how he holds up im sure he will fight them. what about wilders other 35 fights, the same can be said about GGG outside of a few decent opponents. just stop

        This!!!

If he were eastern european then there would be 100s of threads made about his resume DAILY. He is one of the fighters that you can use to detect posters with an agenda.

GGG deserves criticism but it sickens me when anyone that does so then tries to defend Wilder. I saw a post from Larry today saying GGG and Wilder both fight sheit opposition and I cringed, like if you call GGG opponents cans and bums then you'd have to find something far more demeaning to define Wilder's opposition.

I don't have anything against Wilder but he gets on my nerves when he plays down Fury having 2/3 belts while trying to say he is the best HW in the world.... Like nah man, there was a clear MAN in that division and you didn't want to fight him but you downplay the achievement of the guy that beat him

I agree with OP for the most part.... Wilder fails to show any real boxing ability against his current opposition, makes you wonder how he will fair when he can't just telegraph and windmill his punches to victory. We really needed that Povetkin fight, that would have legitimised Wilder for sure.

Wilder posted this tweet the day after Fury defeated Wlad. What a bellend!

Still better to watch than Valuev. Not only was he boring to watch, he was only a title holder dude to back to back gift decisions (Larry Donald/John Ruiz).

And Wilder fans criticize Golovkin's opposition. So what's your point?
