Im sure that Manny Pac was probably on some sort of PED(s), he could stand to lose tens/hundreds of millions of dollars in current and future earnings if he lost. That goes for his team too. Why take the risk when you know hat its probably 99% certain that your opponents are cheating too?

But to try and judge based on your perception of his head size is crazy.

For a start he started eating a huge amount of calories as he moved through the weights. This means that his face would have filled out a lot in that time. he also grew his hair long, which make his head look bigger and he also just got older. Features such as the nose and ears continue to grow as you get older, your face also 'drops' as you age. All of which can help to distort your view of his head and face as he moved up.

So in conclusion: probably on PEDs, but photos of his head are not a scientific way to accuse him.

If you had read the whole post, that wasn't the basis of most of the reasons if you are in the using camp. Although the facial feature change opinion came from a book I read and researching on the net. The change of Manny's face structure is remarkably different, and much of it is in line with side effects of using HGH. Bigger brow, more ape like structure, etc. although I would agree this is not black and white at all.

I have nothing against manny but i think he used PEDS from around the first delahoya fight to around the time he got knocked out by marquez. dude jumped up multiple weight classes and ran through dudes like it was nothing then all of sudden couldnt get a stoppage to save his life. so its reasonable to think he was on some peds

****** thread. I've taken GH and know others who have and you barely know when you're taking it. You'll lean out slightly, don't really gain any bulk, but your skin sometimes smooths a bit if you take it for months on end. You will never know someone has been taking it by looking at them.

Really? Well I guess it is situation dependent. I know two guys who have taken it, one was for medical reasons, as he was deficient and a small child. Thing is he changed dramatically to the point that people could barely recognise him, was well over 6 feet and to me it looked like he had over compensated.

The second guy took it as a designer but he was taking other things as well, again got much bigger, don't know what happened to him to be honest, lost touch.

In fairness trainers don't always know what a fighter takes or not.

And I don't know why everyone brings up the Shakes, I don't know of any PEDs you take through a fcking shake.

simply put, if you are not taking performance enhancing drugs, why are you concerned with cut off dates

bottom line....i would have took that ass whooping for that kind of coin and took a test right before the fight...it does not require much blood to test it
