According to Hearn, Eubank was offered 80-20 split (presumably UK revenue not america) and Brook got the EXACT same deal.

If this is true, then Brook is set for a HUGE payday.

Basically Eubank ****ed up because his dad is a moron. Now he loses a big name in his resume and millions of pounds. Should look for a new manager tbh. Wasn't even shown the contract. Pathetic.

They must be talking about UK money.
If the split was 80-20 on everything, and the rumor was that Eubank is gonna make GBP 3M, that would mean that Golovkin's share was 0.75 GBP. He would have never taken that. Not only is that much less than what he was getting his last 4-5 fights, but he'd never subject himself to this ****storm from the fans for that little money.

It's probably structured 3m guaranteed each, with Golovkin getting some extra money from HBO and 20% split of UK PPV profits.

What does GGG get by fighting Lara or Jacobs? Lara is popular enough, neither a belt holder in MW. Jacobs gets like 400k viewers and isn't a big belt holder either. This is common sense. You either fight for belt, which BJS has, or you fight for money and popularity which big names bring. Lara and Jacobs are known by none and winning on them means nothing. Golovkin will probably not fight Jacobs until he can get 1 million viewers in free tv. Funnily enough Jacobs wants it on PPV. Laughable. These fighters want the money but they won't know where the money comes from.

From what i read Brook could get between £2- £4 million...depending on the UK PPV numbers

Froch got 8 million to fight Groves rematch

Haye got 5 million to fight Chisora

Either way imo its not worth the payday, yes 2 - 4 million, but at what cost? possibly long term damage, losing your 0, and not being able to fulfill your career at WW having messed up your metabolism

Brook is more concerned with making money than cementing his legacy. This is the result of chasing the Khan payday, all those pent up frustrations, he is basically cashing out.
