This is if Ward ever faces him obviously.
Personally I wouldn't be surprised if either guy won. The fact remains that this is both fighters biggest fight and the arguments why both guys can win are abundant. Neither has fought anyone as good as the other. The only thing I'm taking exception to is people complaining about a tune up fight. That's just petty and shows an agenda in my opinion.

Fact is he'll probably have a hard time attracting any legit opponents without a title.
No, Shabranskyy just wanted the same pay $450,000 as Barrera received. Ward is paid close to $2 million for every fight.

Shabranskyy offered to fight Ward for much less in October 2015, before his win over Gonzalez which put him in the top ten at 175, but Ward also chose Brand at that time but then cancelled.

Chilemba is Ring #7 at light heavyweight (not 168) and he's a DECADE YOUNGER than Brand at age 29.

And the only reason Kovalev is fighting him, is because prima donna Ward feels he's not ready yet.
Chilemba also lost his last fight. But keep fantasizing that this is a stiff challenge for Kovalev.

                Did you see the fight?

Chilemba won and was robbed is another hometown decision.

Chilemba could still be undefeated if not for hometown judges - he clearly won his first fight with current cruiserweight Bellew.

I've seen enough of Chilemba to know that Kovalev has nothing to worry about and you know that already. This is a tune up and nothing else.

The fact that you're bitc* ing about Ward's tune up when the contract for Kovalev has been signed is just petty.

Andre could've gone after the WBF 175lb champ Tony Averlant in one of his tune-ups. That way at least he'd be coming into the ring against Krushalev with a belt, albeit a really, really shtitty one. An opportunity missed for team Ward.

No, I'm just responding to Ward's bragging that he'll "clean out 175" when he chose an age 40 super middleweight journeyman as his next opponent.

                      Check the thread title.
