i think we all collectively agree abel sanchez is a biig reason alot of ppl criticize ggg and his team more than anything. i remember when trainers like floyd sr and roger who would do interviews and everyone took those interviews literally in every aspect, even as much as sr commentary during the pac fight ppl put under a magnifying glass. sanchez out here making managerial statements like he has a say over GGG career and ppl wanna cop out saying "hes just a trainer" sorry theres been plenty of trainers whose advice has been a staple on the fighter at hand. its reached the point to where some ppl are praying on GGG loss bc of the fighter but more so to shut the trainer up once and for all.

Why wouldn't you play it out, make sure the world knows Canelo is a biiiitch, and pick up a few titles in process.

Let's not forget, Ward wanted to fight in a year and a half, but get locked into 50/50 purse with a guy way more popular than him.

Let's also not forget Ward is still tuning up at LHW against SMW he pulled up.

But yea, let's drop everything and sign on to fight a guy who is a diva, unreliable, and is fighting guys who some don't even think should be sanctioned.

Ward's bullshit offer was nothing but a PR stunt. If he could still make 168 he wouldn't be at 175 talking about fighting Kovalev for a fraction of the money he could have got for DeGale.
