Harris is another name thrown out their like he was some beast but he couldnt maintain momentum to create demand for a fight....same thing happen to margo losing to a prospect in williams(no wins over top ten ww at the time) and williams losing to quintana( he moved up in 2008)

Williams didnt do much at 147 and margo got his azz whooped by Santos, Williams, Mosley, Pacquaio and Cotto.

Fights could have been made if they didnt take loses when they did.
I don't even know why he brought it up. Like he made a point or something. Yeah, let's dissect the three-division, already considered HOF'er's resume ina thread about a guy whose best win is...Martin Murray? Christ.

Its amazing to me see the Gennady Gonad Garglers protect and serve him when they spent years trashing mayweather who fought world class fighters back to back

all his last 15-16 opponents were former or current world champions

by fight 35 he was already a 3 divison titleholder and 10 of his fights were vs 9 former/current world champions.......bu bu he ducking fdoe, he scared of harris doe, he fought baldomir instead of margo doe, he dont take risks doe.....more like they dont like him and refused to give him credit

when he was pretty boy floyd, nobody was calling him out and bigger names often swerved on him. When he beat DLH thats when everyone came out of no where calling him out for that $$$$$

Yeah it would've been nice if Harris kept winning, but that's not the point.

Floyd wanted a title fight with Arturo Gatti. Main Events promoted both Gatti & Harris, and offered Floyd a fight with Harris with a guaranteed shot at Gatti should he win. In addition, ME would've paid Floyd more to fight Gatti should he beat Harris rather than go the eliminator route with Brusseles, and the Harris fight was worth more money than the Brusseles fight as well.

Floyd chose lesser money to fight Brusseles in an eliminator rather than to fight a hyped up title holder who was looking like a monster at the time, that would've guaranteed him the same title shot as the easier eliminator.

No, don't even try this ****boy ****. You can watch boxing for 50 years and still be ignorant and if you think the two situations are a valid comparison then you belong in that category. Coming from someone whose been watching the sport for ages and has known Vivian for a long time.

You're the one who brought up Floyd/Brusseles like you're trying to prove a point.

Not saying that's your take at all but there are many GGG fans with that ****** outlook. Floyd Mayweather was favored against anyone too. He should just kept fighting Bruseles type contenders because what would have been the point? He was gonna get discredited regardless.
Sure, except for one thing. One half of you idiots keep parroting the same "Golvokin's best win is worse than Paul Smith" bull**** in order to discredit him. If he jumped up to 175 tomorrow and narrowly lost to Ward or Kovalev, the same one half of you would be yelling "see, I told you Golovkin is an overrated bum".

So yeah, I'm gonna sit back and enjoy watching Golovkin try to clean house and establish a legacy in the next few years, all the while watching realpugilist make a new "golovkin dont get credit for fights not made" every other week, and the the whining brigade (shadow/abouttime/rest of red K idiots) saying 'ward doe lara doe' 40 times a day.

Oooh, already mad enough for the name calling... Don't bring up something like Mayweather/Brusseles and hope nobody knows the context behind it.
