You mean the guy that's fighting him in a few months?

Again, Jacobs has said from day one that if GGG can't pay him the money he feels he deserves, then he would like to build the fight; hence, he tried to get BJS in the ring, but BJS refused to negotiate this year.

But why are you still throwing around that ****** quote when the fight is happening in a few months because... get this... they were able to pay the man

Up until early this year and possibly with Jacobs, Golovkin has had no contact with Haymon fighters. None.

Why you're up here saying GGG being a business man is because of a mute manager that has absolutely nothing to do with Golovkin is pure idiotic.

I expect nothing more from a GG cuck such as yourself
It does matter you imbecile. Golovkin tried to negotiate with canelo, saunders, and eubank jr. He was the b side in all these matches and would have made concessions in all these fights except for canelos ridiculous 155 request. When a fighter is drained it never ends well.

Look at Roy jones jr, tarver, dawson, cotto, canelo, de la hoya, geale, rios. Out of those 8 boxers 7 lost the match, 5 of them were knocked out and 2 of them retired. The only one that won was jones jr but he looked horrible and it would be his last meaninful victory. He was knocked out in the 2nd round of his next fight.

Cotto took a horrific beating, became traumatized, and from then on drained fighters at his convenience. Margarto one can understand, but martinez could barely walk, and geale was average.

In his last nine fights he fought 4 champions. The 2 champions he defeated had major knee injuries, and never fought for a title again.Only 3 of his last 9 opponents have held a belt at anytime after he fought them, and only 1 is a current chamion.

He also became a diva in negotiations. Cotto vs canelo was 75/25 split. This despite the fact that canelo sold 2.2mil with floyd and cotto only did 1.5mil with floyd. Cotto earned $15mil which is double what he earned from floyd. This for a fight that sold 600,000 less ppvs.

Canelo was also traumatized. So much so that he created caneloweight, and fought there for 5 fights until public pressure from ducking golovkin made him drop to 154lb. Also 4 out of 6 of his last opponents where mediocre and didnt belong in the ring with him.

The so called face of boxing fought angulo, kirkland, khan, and smith. Given who he is those names are pathetic for a guy that is #1 at 154lb, and lineal champion at 160lb.

Back to your post, which i dont see why im answering because im just repeating myself, haymon created this mess. Nobody in golovkins team bothered to comunicate with a haymon fighter because ggg cant fight in pbc and pbc fighters wont fight for a paycheck that reflects their drawing power.

Now that pbc is basically dead, deals with haymon fighters can be achieved. Now that they ran out of other ppls money and saw they can barely draw, let alone be ppv stars, they are happy to accept hbo money. They know its that, or getting second jobs while they fight in foreign counties.

However, when Golovkin/brook was made ggg didnt have the luxury of negotiating with reasonable opponents because they all overvalued themselves. It was either fight brook or dont fight at all. Now that pbc crashed, and fighters realized they cant get away with fighting bums, the good fights will get done. Otherwise no one gets paid.

Thats about as good as i can explain it. If you cant understand any of that then stay dumb.

You saying Al Haymon is the reason why GGG is a businessman is the most ******ed thing I've heard someone say on here. I mean that really takes the cake.

That's like saying, "It's Rid**** Bowe's fault Canelo refused to fight GGG at 160. When he threw away the belt when he had an opportunity to fight Lennox Lewis, it changed the game for everyone; canelo included".

That's a concession you piece of schit. A bidness concession he was willing to do for Mayweather and even Canelo once upon a time, but the bidness man in him says he can't do it anymore.

Then you type this lengthy post about bullschit that has zilch to do with why GGG is a businessman right now.

You brought in roughly 15 other fighters that fought 20 years ago to explain why GGG is a businessman today.

It's always someone else's fought with you guys

I explained how haymon, and his unsustainable paychecks turned boxers into businessmen. How any fighter that isnt a draw and wants to fight good competition just cant do it. This because the draws rather fight two salkas for the same money. As a consequence the up and comers wont get to fight talented boxers.

This causes most boxers to look like hype-jobs because they never fought a good opponent. When they are finally forced to fight good competition they ask for money that is just unrealistic. Either that or they refuse to fight. Why fight a threat when you can get 2 salkas and be paid the same. The cycle then repeats itself.

Haymon created hypejobs such as: broner, berto, stevenson, quillin, jacobs, andre dirrell, frampton, santa cruz, mares, wilder, porter, thurman, and many others.

These are just the hypejobs. It doesnt account for the bums, which he also overpays. It also doesnt factor in that other networks and promoters also had to pay their fighters more than they used to so all the talent wouldnt leave and hire haymon.

That rid**** bowe analogy makes no sense, and i never wrote that. So i wont bother discussing it. I also never brought up 15 fighters that fought 20 years ago. Only 3 of the boxers i brought up have fights that occured 20 years ago. I brought them up to expain how careers are ruined when boxers drained themselves.

Theres not much point in continuing this discussion. I've owned you at all times in this thread including the idiotic topic with which this thread began. You're just a stubborn, biased hater that will eat crow when golovkin knocks jacobs out.

Big difference, Jacobs will never be a 5 million dollar fighter. Pac quadrupled that flat offer.

Bob Arum told FMJ he wasn't worth 10 mil. We see how that turned out
