FMJ told Pac he wasn't worth more than 40 mil. We see how that turned out.

I just don't see it with Jacobs, I could be wrong. I just don't think I'm 5 million dollars wrong. Jacobs is a great fighter but not popular. GGG would have to carry the load and then overpay Daniel. If they fought GGG wouldn't even get 5 million.

Is the OP actually forgetting the fight happened and Manny went on to earn around 100m. More then 50% then what was originally offered.

Now is Jacobs going to earn 50% more then what is GGG is offering by holding out?

The 4-5 mil number was never Jacobs numbers. But I had to strike the conversation because Team GGG wouldn't even mention Jacobs or try to negotiate with him until I started creating threads asking the tough questions. Everything from the PBC fighters fighting on HBO myth's to Haymon and Loffler not being able to negotiate myth.

The deal and numbers agreement have already been reached. The fight will happen at MSG on Dec 10th. I believe Jacobs allowed a 70-30 split and allowed GGG to pick the gloves, ring size, etc.

The point of this thread was to showcase how GGG fans have allowed GGG and Pacquiao to be the businessmen they are/were all the while telling everyone else they're not allowed to be businessmen and watch after their careers like GGG/Pac have done and are doing.

But every man and his dog knew 40m is low balling Pac. The fight made something like 400m and Floyd would collect the rest, how is that even fair or comparable.
