Let's not change the topic here.

You just admitted Murray is bettert han SMith.

Murray, Geale, Lem, Macklin are also either better or more proven than Barrera, whose best win is Cleverlys 3rd best win from OVER half a decade ago.

So, ultimately, my point has been proven.

So yall can go back to the original thread and try and think of a better answer than GGG.

Shrug, almost nobody on this board is objective.

The Ward haters think that his resume from 5-6 years ago means absolutely nothing, that everyone he beat is overrated because Calzaghe beat them first and got not credit, that all he does is cheat, that his layoff had nothing to do with his recent opponents, and that everyone he's fought since then is absolutely garbage.

The Golovkin haters like to pretend that he had no promotional issues, that he has no skills and would have lost all his fights if not for the knockouts, that it's his fault noone wants to fight him, that 154-168 means he must fight everyone at those weights without question or negotiations, that everyone he beat is an absolute bum like Paul Smith, and that he's ducking everyone with whom a fight does not get made.

That encompasses majority of the bull**** you hear from both camps.

why go through all that crap and just look at their entire body of work...you are comparing 2 fighters to 4 fighters....that makes no sense

also ward has only fought 3-4 times since 2012

what point are you trying to prove? that he didnt fight often?

the real question is who has the better resume PERIOD.....can you answer that? stop posting

Keep to the thread. Who are the better fighters, that's all I'm saying.

If you can't vote for it, that's your own problem. Not mine.

I agree with this statement but it doesn't take away from some fans being so ****** that they tried convincing me Paul Smith and Sul Barrera were better than the guys GGG has fought in the same period of time.

I have no time for that bs and my thread has just proven that.

Bro I see through this so called thread and the other you have

              Answer this one simple question

how can you say inactivity and bad opponents should be why Ward should be dropped from the p4p list but im sure you have GGG in the p4p top 5 and he has NEVER beat an elite opponent in over a decade as pro....YOU ARE A HYPOCRITE.

By your logic GGG shouldnt be considered a p4p fighter...he has no elite level wins...AT ALL

This is not the point of this thread, have you voted yet? Which direction would you vote? Stick to the thread.

If you want to start a GGG: should or should not be p4p thread, do so and I will discuss the relevant points with you on there.

Ward's not injured and had a cakewalk fight already. Yet, he's still going to fight an overmatched 168 pound guy in his next fight.

GGG tries to fight the best but they all run away and say he'd be easy work or he isn't a big name, yet they all want 10m to face him, lol.

That too 5-6 years ago.

In terms of Barrera, he was a completely untested prospect or at best, fringe contender, who had only been scheduled for one previous 12 rounder and whos best win was probably Murat...yeah the guy who Cleverly stopped in 2010.

So, let's have it nsb, which groups of opponents are better?
Barrera is the best guy on that entire list. Lemieux and Geale aren't as skilled, nowhere near. They've been around longer yet Barrera is clearly the better talent.

Is this a GGG vs Ward thread ? If it is Ward handles GGG with ease, deal with it and move on with your life instead of dressing threads up.
