I feel like Floyd sides with (seemingly) all things Canelo for reasons beyond him agreeing with what Canelo is actually doing. Maybe he thinks he can sign him to Mayweather Promotions or something at some point cuz I've seen him backing up Canelo a few times with things like this that 99% of the boxing world is against, but Floyd is like "go Canelo" about.

he's siding with canelo because he beat him! it would make that win less meaningful if floyd is going around saying canelo is ducking GGG. floyd has a history of doing this. before he even have any plans of fighting a certain fighter, that fighter is a bum to floyd. after fighting that guy, all of a sudden that guy is consider one of the best right now.

yes, floyd vs manny made more at the end BUT look at who floyd and pac is compare to canelo and triple g. the floyd and manny match up was so big because floyd was the bad guy, everyone wanted floyd to lose and manny is suppose to be the one to do so.

plus floyd and pac was running thru their opponents in a much more impressive way than canelo and ggg and the opponent choice was also much better than the guys canelo and triple g is fighting.

canelo vs ggg will never be on par with floyd vs pac and all this talk about waiting is just pure bs! the whole world knew and wanted floyd vs pac, outside of the hardcore boxing fans, aint nobody is even calling for a canelo vs ggg fight or even know about it lol.
