I really think that when Floyd says this it's to hold canelo back, imagine Floyd's face if canelo fought and beat golovkin in a do or die war at 160!!!

Hopefully it won't take as long to get it done

Mayweather's right from a business perspective. Everyone knows GGG would beat Canelo, the best outcome would be if he lost by decision. In today's boxing landscape a loss derails a fighter's popularity and income. I don't support it, but GBP protecting their cash cow is understandable.

so floyd said they waited until the time was right, until they were the a-side.. hmmm interesting because i thought floyd fans said floyd was always the a-side from the beginning..

This clown almost destroyed boxing by making it a Diva business and can't STFU.

I disagree. We'll see in September. And Floyd is just bragging about how good of a businessman he is

I imagine they don't think Golovkin is worth collapsing their entire company. Let's not forget Al Haymon stole, mafia style, all GBP fighters!

It was a 50-50 split in the beginning.

Of course, it's the Mayweather business school.
