Smith will last longer than Khan, but that didn't really mean anything.

Let's be clear, it's pretty bad that you have try and justify Smith by noting GGG's mandatory and the fact that 'the Dude has a belt'. GGG fights 3-4 times a year, and yeah, to keep all his belts he occasionally has to fight a Wade. And when he does it, it's HBO, not PPV.
Who has he Liam Smith fought to justify him as a main event opponent on a PPV??Last edited by DJ_Quaaludes; 06-24-2016, 03:08 PM.

GGG has few options at 160, people are avoiding him. Canelo is the cash cow at 154, everybody wants a fight with him.
Smith needs more experience, and he's unknown in the US...
Canelo should be fighting someone like Andrade or one of the Charlos.

Canelo said 160 no problem but never said 160 my next fight and we see now that GGG will now have to sit back and wait until Canelo is a 160lb fighter, likely a year from now. If GGG said day one I will fight you at 155 catchweight this fight would of been made and there is no excuse Canelo and his camp have to waiting. But when GGG tried make demands and use the mandatory spot as leverage to enforce the fight be ONLY at 160 it backfired because Canelo threw it in the trash and is going back to fighting at 154 and if he can make 154 you look pretty ****** calling a fighter who has never fought at 160 or fought a 160lb fight a middleweight. Especially when he just won the title at 154 ONLY 1 pound less then the highest weight he's ever fought at.
Spin it however you want it was DUMB AZZ PHUK to demand the fight be at 160. That's just unrealistic and expecting Canelo to jump up to 160 for the first time just because GGG says so when that fool has REFUSED to jump up in weight his entire career and just spent months demanding a catchweight on Ward AFTER he called out fighters at 154 or 168. GGG is a proven liar and if 154 or 168 was true he would of already fought Ward and Canelo but he stuck to 160 and it blew up in his face. There is no way you can pretend this worked out in GGG's favor. Begging smaller Jr Middleweights for fights wasting 2 years of his prime and now he will just waste another year fighting bums like Wade. Should of moved up or down for the big bucks instead stuck at 160 wasteland.
LMFAO!

Similar style, just slower and more flat footed (if that's possible).
I think there could be a few decent exchanges but Smith gets stopped in the second half of the fight.
He will be brave, but take punishment.
