so who at 160 has he not fought? Jacobs? ok, they should try to make that fight. but lets not pretend that there are all these great fighters at 160 that GGG has avoided. Martinez, then Cotto, now Canelo clearly have wanted no part of him

Cotto took advantage of a passed his best martinez, he then weighed 153 vs geale. Cotto is simply not a MW, and should have just won the title and moved back. Canelo is a MW, but is either avoiding, or being a diva about weight and setting terms. The fact of the matter is that even Jacobs is a decent fighter, he caught Quillin cold, should give him a rematch (Quillin has gotten 2 decisions he didn't deserve), but instead, he's rematching a guy who can't punch, but knocked Jacobs on his ass. Jacobs can punch, and is decent...but he's no world beater. Martinez has never avoided anyone, his knees were simply gone and he knew he had nothing left. He fought Cotto for a high payday, and then called it quits. Can you blame him? What would he gain by fighting GayLoveKin, with his merry men of greedy azz, poor management entourage? He would make next to nothing.

Yeah, he completely forgot Avtandil Khurtsidze... one thing... people should shut up about the SWW/JMW class... none of them beat any of the top MWs. And none of the top MWs beat Golovkin... and none of the present top SMWs are a lock at all to beat Golovkin... Jack would be tough but he's moving up... Zurdo is a SMW with CW a couple fights away... it would be nice to see Porky Medina for a few rounds, he exposed Gale... I want to see GGG fight somebody, but the MWs are scared and no one else is making a move to fight him... it is what it is...

Lara would shut no one up, because there is no reason to see it as competitive... GGG will outbox and outpower him... I shouldn't say that because I have no faith in any super boxer super fighter but he's (GGG) head and shoulders above everyone right now as a boxer... I don't like that he gets anxious for the KO after hurting the guy one time, in a way he's like Frazier with his chin and willingness to take one to deliver a big one, but Frazier had to contend with guys way bigger... I wish Pirog would have happened, in a way we are all still waiting for something similar.
I like the Eubank fight just because it is a fight... against somebody, anybody... fights don't fall out of the air... GGG was fighting 4 times a year and nobody wanted and nobody wants to fight him with 2 months to train... as usual the Eubank talk, like most "GGG I will fight" talk, is coming when he has a fight to promote, we will see how serious things are soon...

I imagine Eubank's chin is atleast as good as Ouma's. Eubank is also a big MW, really a SMW frame but he's young enough to make MW. I see him using a lot of clinching vs GGG, wrestling and dirty boxing will be a tool along with his explosive uppercuts.

There are 2 big problems I see for Jr if this fight goes ahead, whatever game plan he has.

First, Golovkin hits so much harder than anybody Jr has ever faced before. His chin might stand up to the test for a while, but the cumulative punishment GGG will dish out is something else.

Second, Eubank is very inexperienced for a world class fighter. It was experience, amateur and pro, that tipped the balance in BJS's favour when he fought Jr, and against GGG the difference would be even more stark.

I think it's too early in Jr's career to put him in with Golovkin and I only see one outcome to this fight, which is not a good one for Eubank.

Again you missed the point. Andre Ward is something special, same for GGG. Both men dominated their division. That doesn't mean that because Ward is bigger and would beat a smaller guy in GGG, that MW is suddenly a weak division. You are a moron. You're so biased it's ridiculous.
