NO don't blame him for the ignorance of others, GGG himself seems extremely classy and far from anything that some of his fans represent. GGG is being used as the face of an agenda from a few Internet Losers but he shouldn't be blamed for their ignorance

Not only but things been getting racial in boxing long before GGG, long before Mayweather and Pacquiao as well

Shut up douche, just because nobody is licking the arse of all the boring black boxers out there, it doesn't mean they're racist. GGG and Kovalev are the most exciting boxers right now

Yes, racial bias is not as bad as it was back then but it is still very much alive in boxing and always has been.

GGG has given some of the many closet racists a mascot to get behind. He's undefeated, hits hard, and for the most part looks Caucasian. He's like their new white hope. However, if GGG were to lose to a black guy these racists would jump off his bandwagon faster than the survivors of the sinking Titanic. Seeing a strong white guy get embarrassed by a black guy destroys their preconceived notions of racial supremacy. Just like Jeffries when he lost to Johnson or when Schmeling lost to Joe Louis these guys will turn on Golokin once he loses.
        You mean Ward?
I think some of the black boxing fans are easily the most racist of them about, the Mayweather and Ward fans are some of the very worst set of fans about.

GGG is not guilty of anything, he's the victim of racism against him. It's like accusing a ****d girl of being guilty. No, it's not like that, the rapist is guilty, not the victim.

GGG suffers racism from black people. White, latin, asian people, love him. But some black racists hate him. 99% of the people against GGG here are black. Mayweather himself said it... "they are trying to make a white star" they even admit they see a race issue. GGG is GREAT, they can't accept that somebody non-black is being labeled a great by so many people, boxers, and fans in general.

Did some people hate him simply cuz he was a brash, skilled athlete...or did it have something to do with his blatant racism and association with the black panthers and nation of islam, which were seen as a threat by part of the establishment. There were racists then, and there still are...but the country has evolved far beyond where it was in the 60's and ali himself played a part in that progress.
Yes, precise presenter as well as a few others. Just look at his comments section and tell me they aren't racists who support Golovkin. Get real, Ali became loved because he was an icon for many people, people who were opposed to the vietnam war and people who subjected to injustice. But he definitely wasn't always loved.

Ali was rightfully criticized early in his career...he talked too much for a guy who hadn't proven anything. That's always gonna piss people off, especially in boxing circles.

Show me any contentious issue on youtube that doesn't have racist comments. Whether people are inherently racist or just trying to deal a blow to someone that hurt their feelings, racist comments are far too common on the internet. Most people who say things anonymously online for shock value don't act that way in real life. Personally, i don't take that **** seriously...weak minded fools can call me whatever the **** they want.

They don't say that stuff in real life because they know they would get their asses handed to them. Weak men are always hard asses when they are behind the safety of their computers.
