they are hilarious, it never ceases to amaze me how we all see a big fat feather fisted oaf, and they see the gypsy reincarnation of AliYou guys want us to pretend that Fury went from a lumbering oaf to master psychological boxer who stupefied one of the most dominant champs in history while that champ was in perfect form. Sorry if I choose not to play along.
I don't understand why Fury fans act like they have not watched anything besides his last 3 fights... You can like a boxer and still admit his limitations. Seriously, it feels good.

This is crazy stuff. Wlad isn't a cheap clock-work soldier, ffs. If he was mentally broken when he fought Fury, that was because Fury broke him!Comment

Dwyer doesn't see a big fast feather fisted oaf, he sees Fury as the best, most talented HW around. It's not just random guys on here who rate Fury. Guys who know a lot more about boxing than you or i rate him highly. So did Manny Steward actually, remember him?
Wait a minute, Manny Steward DKSAB right?

Good points. The difference between those guys and Fury is that Fury has the reach and speed to land punches on Wlad while Wlad isn't letting his hands go. He may not have landed a lot of punches, but enought to win the fight.I'm a Wladimir fan but I don't understand this whole didn't let his hands go talk. Are we all going to pretend the fights with Ibragimov & Chambers didn't happen? They showed him movement and he didn't let his hands go there either. It took Manny Steward going absolutely bat**** at him and reminding him of the Ibragimov ****fest for him too finally let his hands go some. It was exactly like he did in the Fury fight only he managed to land that big shot and take Fat Eddie out.
People always seem to forget what happens prior to a K.O like that erases what happened prior.
In his other fights too, Povetkin for example there was nonstop opportunities to land that right hand in fact every punch in the book. He'd line it up then just clinch. Its what he does, its how he fights. He is a very cautious fighter who just isn't confident when he can't constantly touch an opponent and keep them on the end of his jab. He could end most of these guys in a few rounds he just doesn't take any risks until they're completely dead on their feet.Comment

Fury's fans could see how much and how quickly he improved after his Uncle Pete took over as head coach, that's why we picked him to beat Wlad. You guys want us to pretend that Fury went from a lumbering oaf to master psychological boxer who stupefied one of the most dominant champs in history while that champ was in perfect form. How and why though? & was this mentioned before the fight? As my view is that it was Wlad playing the mental games in the first fight. Its Fury playing the mental games in this fight however.

So your saying that Fury got lucky and Wlad only lost is because he was mentally not right?Comment
