i won't consider a fighter that runs around the ring like a marathoner as the greatest fighter of the day let alone of this era.

He was past prime, inactive vs Norris and he beat Hagler....he went 2-1 vs duran

it was clear he was the best just like its clear Mayweather is in his era.

now if you have a preference to what you like to watch, thats cool, it just has nothing to do with who is better. thats proven in the ring and mayweather proved it.
His homer bringing up jmm who Floyd cheated on the scales and made him go up two weight classes haha ok bro

Leonard beat Duran in the rematch and beat Hagler..the Norris loss was after he retired and came back

While he is a good fighter, it cannot be Floyd.

Floyd cherry picked, used his A side to get advantages, got help from USADA with his IV scandal, has been fighting most of his fights at his home base, can cry and get the ref that he wants and consequently gets the advantage.

I cannot remember the name of the trainer but he basically called Floyd a negative fighter (coasts with little offense). Floyd basically always gets the close rounds by the Vegas judges. Consequently, his opponents need to do more and tire out by the later rounds while Floyd can coast knowing he does not have to worry much and has something left over for the later rounds. Not saying its the same for all of his fights but to say that he knows that he has an added advantage in Vegas

mayweather beat more hall of famers

he has more title defenses...lineal and alphabet

he has won more title fights

he had no need for all those rematches like Pacquiao because he was more DOMINANT

              its called LOGIC....common sense

just because you dont like a person doesnt mean you throw common sense out of the window.

Salty Pac turds it doesn't matter what you think, the majority of fans, fighters and experts have Mayweather as the best of the era. Be proud Pacquiao is number 2.

If you want to talk about cherry picks look no further than Pacquiao, most of his biggest wins were guys coming of losses within their last few fights.

Calzaghe's hopkins win is better than anything on floyd's resume.

                  think about that.
and Diego came into the fight severely weight drained.

Pacquiao's resume, the guy picks people coming off losses. Not good wins.

Morales 2 - coming off a loss to Raheem
Morales 3 - coming off losses to Raheem and Pacquiao
Barrera 2 - coming off loss to JMM
ODLH - weight drained, coming off loss to Mayweather and bad performance against Forbes
Hatton - Got stopped by Mayweather, looked terrible against Lazcano
Cotto - Got destroyed against Margarito, very close fight with Clottey
Clottey - Coming off loss to Cotto
Margarito - Coming from suspension after being destroyed by Mosley
Mosley - Coming off a loss to Mayweather and Draw to Mora
