23 y/o whos never been in the ring with anyone of note. a bunch of compilers (j kahut and thompson 50 wins....PLEASE). he was a young guy that posed not threat whatsoever to rocky. in fact, all hes known for is just another guy who fought rocky. rocky fans love to bring this guys name up.

lastarza, the name thats brought up the most. as if this guy was the goods. his only claim to fame to have been thisclose to beating rocky. what name on rolands resume is supposed to impress someone ?!?!?!?!? 62-62 lowery ?!?!!? how could a guy be so hyped but yet have no names ?!?!?!?


this is my main gripe with guys from that era. too many BUMS padding their stats. no level of discernment. too many guys fighting just to pay their bar tab.
