Cotto didn't vacate because of Golovkin, it was more for not pay the WBC their fees on top of the step aside to Golovkin. I think Cotto people can make this fight if they want, but we will see.

To be fair: GGG only wanted to fight Cotto for those belts he had... Under the present circumstances I don't think GGG would seek to fight a much smaller Cotto -- GGG would look extremely bad in doing such a thing...

Good point. I don't see any PPV worthy fight for Golovkin right now other than Canelo or Cotto if he choose to fight BJS to unity all belts if this fight falls as expected .
