I did fully read your post.

I disagreed with what you said about Ward being the most talented fighter in the sport.

How can you hate on a boxer that's taking on the toughest fighter in his division , I like ward I think he talks with respect and always handles himself well and if he doe's fight kovalev in September he deserves all the praise in the world and if he wins then he is the number 1 p4p fighter in the world......respect has to be given its that's simple and if he wins he earns that top spot :-)

He hasn't done anything recently to deserve it. His last good win was either 4 years ago (Dawson), or IMO 4.5 years ago (Froch) because Dawson was severely drained.
Since then, he has a win against a contender 3 years ago, an absolute bum (Smith), and an up and comer (Barrera). If he looked awesome against Barrera, he may get consideration, but he didn't.

The other criteria is the skill displayed. While he did win easily against Barrera, I didn't see the same level of skill he used to display. His timing was off and his defense was a step too slow, even against someone as slow as Barrera.

        This was Ward after Barrera:

did you even watch the fight? Those bruises were from headbutts

sit your simple azz down. Dude landed less than 20% and barely hit him clean with a power punch. stop reaching

of course his timing wasnt where he wants it to be, but do people criticize anyone else's defense when they have an opponent land 15%

        only on NSB

WHY IS GGG TOP 3 P4P AND HE NEVER BEAT ANYONE ELITE? NOT 4 YEARS AGO OR 4 MONTHS AGO

          Spoken like a true hater

          Spoken like a true idiot.

Whenever you hear a fighter saying he doesn't know if he can beat a prospective opponent, you know for sure he's trying to talk up what he sees as an easy fight.

I guess you believed all the bullshit coming from Oscar and Canelo about what a threat Amir Khan was going to be too, yeah?

I'm not saying he isn't P4P #1 ... it's got to the point I don't care because in most weight classes we don't even get to see who is the best at that weight.

BUT >> since when did "showing what you are as a man" [whatever that means] , being a good athlete, having character and being a 'sportsman' figure into what makes up a p4P fighter? I'll go with a fighter's record and being a 'skilled fighter'. So that was 2 out of 6 then Paulie.

Malignaggi has flappy lips - he should think before he flaps.

well I wouldn't say he's more talented than chocalito , lomachencko or rigondeaux......but p4p is not just about the most talented ....other things are taken into consideration

51/49 in favor of Ward, but I waffle on that monthly.

Kova isn't just a big puncher, he can box! He's very athletic and has a great jab, and obviously, power in both hands. BUT I cannot overlook that Ward makes all of his opponents look bad and that's not a coincidence.

This is going to be epic.

Funny enough, the best fight in boxing won't do jack in PPV buys.

If GGG isn't top 3 P4P, and Andre is No1, why did he tell Loeffler he needed a couple of tune-ups before fighting a man so much smaller than him?

Canelo never said he doesn't know if he could beat khan. Big difference between saying it's not a easy fight and saying I don't know if I can beat this guy.

I never heard a fighter say they don't know if they can beat a guy. Word for word.

If you feel kovalev beats him, that's cool. It's a even fight. Kovalev has a legit chance to win.

but you saying ward isn't a threat proves my point.
