And GGG should have fought Sanders instead of that BUM that was on house arrest and spent MAYBE 1-2 days training for GGG. I thought it was about belts??? He could of had Saunders if he wasn't so God damn CHEAP!!! For another $2.5 million probably less if they would NEGOTIATE for once. But now Saunders I'd probably gonna lose it on his next fight and then GGG will have to wait longer.

Its NOT about the belts. As we can OBVIOUSLY see by all the step aside money GGG takes. Why take step aside money instead of the belt???!

Ward called him out when before the promotional issues were peaked.

As long as we are talking business, ppv draws, etc then you should note that Ward does similar views as GGG. Also, if we are talking in this matter that Canelo has the right in your eyes to make demands since he is the PPV star,eh?
Golovkin was ready and willing to fight Ward when that statement was made, but Ward wasn't ready.

By the time Ward sent that offer to Loeffler, GGG had already signed to fight Lemieux and had a contract with the WBC to fight for their title, which was supposed to happen this summer, the same time as Ward wanted Golovkin to commit to fighting him.

Contrary to what some people have been saying, Loeffler did not respond to Ward's offer by asking for a catchweight. He made it clear that Golovkin's focus was now on 160, and told Ward to come back to them in 2017.

Turning down an offer to move up to higher division because you have big fights coming in your own division is not a duck.

If Golovkin had signed that 2/3 fight deal with Ward, and Andre had then turned down an offer to move up for Kovalev, would the people who are calling GGG a coward have said the same thing about Ward, and accused him of ducking Kovalev?

If GGG beats Canelo and Ward beat Kovalev. It's only a matter of time before these two names will be called upon. If Ward says CW at 168 and GGG won't meet him then that's ducking...GGG already won't talk about Ward. I don't see GGG EVER fighting Ward. He like most know he will LOSE. Especially if he beats Kov. Heck even if he losses hell probably go back down and challenge GGG. Saying hey I went up and tried it, now it's your turn

Correction-Saying GGG will fight ANYONE from 154-168 then when Ward is mentioned there is a lot of complications from GGG's side(but not for other fighters in that division) is a duck. They LATER stated their focus was in the MW division-long after the initial statements.....

Ward and his team again offered a fight with GGG while he was getting ready for Lemieux, yes...it wasn't to abandon the Lemieux fight-it could have been AFTER that fight....instead-in 5 minutes they let Ward's attorney know that they were not interested.

I agree. There is no certainty that Ward will beat Kovalev (in fact, I favor Sergey for reasons I can discuss another time), but for him to have the stones to move up and fight the best guy out there shows stones-all the great fighters do this when their divisions are barren and empty-except for you know who!

They weren't interested because they already had a contract from the WBC which covered the same time span as the one Ward wanted them to sign.

Ward himself had 2 options when he sent Loeffler that contract: Golovkin at 168 or Kovalev at 175.

Before he agreed to move up for Krusher, he tried to get GGG to move up for him instead.

Same question as I asked before, does that make Ward a coward?
