With all their BS over the GGG fight I didn't think Oscar's statements could get any more ******ed. I was wrong.

... and there goes the viability of a Mayweather-Alvarez II, lol.
Floyd's walkout bout on his career, even as a "flop" did over 500k PPV buys at $65 a pop ($36m in PPV revenue; $18m into the pot) and $10m at the gate.
Cotto-Alvarez, in Canelo's biggest career fight, did 900k PPV buys at $60 a pop ($54m in PPV revenue; $26m into the pot) and a $15m site fee from MGM Resorts.
$30m on a 30:1 Mayweather fight versus $40m on a 2:1 Alvarez fight, with Alvarez being the fighter looking for revenge.
Anywhere from 65/35 Floyd to 60/40 Floyd, Alvarez should be more than happy with.

But anyway of coarse Floyd won't accept he thinks he can retire and come back anytime and still b the money fighter.

And if the rematch were to happen and Canelo was to again get embarrassed at least he'll have a huge paycheck to show for it.
All in All Oscar is becoming just as delusional as Amir Kahn if he thinks Floyd will ever take a pay cut.
Yea, it's as dumb as the 90/10 comment for Golovkin/Canelo.
Pay it no mind at all, that is Oscar beating his promoter drum.
Mayweather/Canelo would be 60/40, Canelo/Golovkin would be 60/40.

Everyone, fans, haters, promoters, fighters, journalists, analysts, trainers, etc etc, can't even keep Mayweather out of their lips.
Even now, Oscar and Amir Khan are talking about Mayweather in order top promote the Canelo-Khan fight, even mma fighters use Floyd to promote their fights.
Lol, of course he can unretire and be the A-side, cash cow.

On the raw numbers alone, the split is likely 80/20 Canelo; you add that Golovkin is thirsting for the fight and 90/10 Alvarez isn't all that out of the question.

I'm not even a floyd fan but if Canelo did 900k against Cotto, then floyd would have done about double if he would have chosen Cotto as his final opponent, especially considering he could have retired by winning a MW belt.
