    If Tony had got whacked on screen, I would have been fine with it. It's closure and tying everything up which is what endings are supposed to do. I liked the character a lot, but come on. No mob boss lives that long typically. He just has too many enemies. That would have shown guts. The ending they chose, showed nothing- literally. In the end, you should please your fans. Much akin to the latest debacle with the Walking Dead, they just didn't deliver and not one fan of the show has forgotten. I won't even watch Lost anymore because of their ending. Breaking Bad? Now I loved that ending.
    I hear ya, open ended endings suck. Breaking bad's ending was really epic and powerful, whereas sopranos was like, as you said, "that's it?" But I personally still liked it because it really captured what a nightmare his life will always be.

      Oh I'm just saying I didn't care for it. Some did. Ambiguous endings can be cool. I loved the ending to the French Connection since I thought it went along perfect with the film's grittiness although I still don't understand that last gun shot at the end. Who was he shooting at? After all, Alain Charnier did get away. Plus, why didn't Popeye Doyle get in trouble for killing a cop? It said at the end that he was merely reassigned. Despite these things, I did still like it since the bad guy does get away sometimes or at least eludes authorities for years.

      Either way, that's a separate can of worms. The Sopranos was a brilliant show over all and I rank it only behind Breaking Bad and the first season of True Detective.

              And you have to take into account the bias. A lot of people will vote that Castillo won simply because they don't like Floyd. Same for the contrary, so a poll on a boxing forum (especially this one which is full of emotions) isn't the best way to judge a fight. If you took the same poll but with Mayweather vs Maidana 1, the votes would laughably be in favour of Maidana.

              That's why I made the thread. I expect an honest answer by those who saw the fight. I feel like Floyd just got bullied, was made uncomfortable consistently and lost 8 rounds, give or take two. But in no way did he deserve a win. It was a gift. If anything, it was a draw. I'm about to watch it again with no commentary and see what I think........standbye.

                  And still.........Castillo won.

                  I can even understand a close score in Floyd's favor but no way this was a 111-115/116 fight. No f'kn way. Not under any circumstance. That would mean Floyd only lost 3 rounds with the point deduction. Simply didn't happen.

                      Wasn't a big fan of Kellerman early in his career. Very bias to a particular style.

                      I think he's much better now. Understands both styles a little better....but still favors one.

                      8 to 4 floyd is pretty wide in my book, and that doesn't factor in the point deduction.
