    Canelo doesn't respect the sport

Come on, seriously. He is holding a 160lbs belt. But he refuses to fight at 160lbs, insisting on 155 lbs. He weightdrains his opponents and he then rehydrates to outweight them by 20lbs, which he is able to do due to his youth and his body type. What is this? And what's worse, he is considered the P4P#1 many places. For what? Getting schooled by Mayweather, arguably losing to Trout and Lara and just barely beating a past-it Cotto by decision? I think it's about time that the Canelo fanbase wakes up and stop supporting him until he pulls himself together and actually proves that he belongs among the best names in the sport. How could he do that? By doing these few things:

1 - Fight at 160lbs. Doing anything else is disrespectful to the sport.
2 - Fight Golovkin, Jacobs or Lara (again). He needs a good and clear signature win.

If he does that, then he does what he is supposed to do. If he doesn't, then I think that anyone putting him into their P4P top 5 lists and hyping him should be ashamed of themselves.

The worst thing is, he's a good fighter, he's just too spoiled.

Canelo doesnt respect his OWN MOTHER. She said in an interview "Espero que lo pelee, no creo que le tenga miedo mi hijo. Que lo haga por mi al menos" / "I hope he fights Gennady, I dont think he is scared. I hope he does it for me, for his mom".

DUDE is ****ing dead scared of Gennady. Born ready, fight anyone.. in future doe. My mandatory no... in future. Fake coward.

Canelo is doing exactly what the Flom.o messiah would've done had he got his hands on that belt. A-side runs boxing and while it isn't fair, life ain't fair. Canelo has paid his dues to get here. Who else has a resume like that at his age? Canelo a run of: Trout, Angulo, Lara, Kirkland & Cotto, again who else and at that age?

p.s. I skipped Mayweather cuz everyone wants that fight anyways.

Every single cash cow in the history of boxing has used his status as the "A side" in negotiations and fights. Nothing new here, stop crying cause you're a GGG fart sniffer.

It's an impressive run for his age, yes, but anyone could beat Angulo, Kirkland was good but had been inactive for too long, Cotto had done nothing for years except beating a cripple and losing to Trout and Canelo arguably also lost to Trout (and Lara too)...

Golovkin also needs to prove himself, as he has not yet defeated any remarkable opponents. He would get schooled by Ward. I'm not a Golovkin-fanboy, if that's what you're accusing me of. But at least Golovkin is fighting at 160lbs and it's Canelo who is running from him. Anyone with eyes can see that. And Golovkin doesn't have two controversial wins and a one-sided loss on his record.

A guy who has dedicated his life to pro boxing since age 15 and who holds wins over Lara, Cotto, Trout, Angulo, Kirkland and Mosley by age 25 doesn't respect the sport...

                Stop it.

A lot of the guys at 154 weigh around 170 on fight night, it's common practice in boxing. It happens in every weight class.

It's disrespectful to keep a 160lbs belt hostage at 155lbs, especially when it's not even neccessary and just a way to get an unfair advantage.
