No chance. Magic word Haye used was "terrestrial" television. No chance offer will be acceptable. Zero.

      This is garbage.

Browne was interviewed yesterday on Australian radio and his next fight is definitely Oquendo followed by the winner of Fury-Wlad.

He mentioned the following as possible future opponents - Oquendo, Fury, Wlad, Parker and Joshua

No reason for him to lie

Fury is the WBA champion, that title Browne won doesn't mean ****.

I'm sure he walks away with a life changing paycheck in British Pounds win or lose against Haye or he fights on PPV at home against Oquendo & hopes for lots of buys & a victory. This is a very tough decision as there is the risk of injury or a loss against Oquendo. Would the money be as good as a Haye paycheck? If I was Browne & Haye offers a few million I would take it. It really doesn't matter to Haye as he will make millions every fight. He would also be the mandatory for the WBA if he wins. He can always go another route. Browne's options are large but will the money be good enough to fight Oquendo at home? Will Oquendo step aside? I think Browne would be making a mistake passing up the Haye paycheck unless he is lowballed. Money & the WBA will determine if this fight happens or not. Adding Haye to the tourney makes a lot more sense than having Oquendo. you would have Haye, Klitschko, Fury & Ortiz left. I can't see Browne beating Haye...
If he fights Haye, he loses but gets the big payday; with Oquendo, there's a good chance he retains his paper title and moves on to a possible real world title fight. If I was Browne, I would defend in Australia with old Oquendo if possible. Browne is like a taylor made KO victim for Haye, that's why he goes right after him, clear as a day.

I don't blame Browne for going after the biggest money fight in this instance, but the idea of Haye calling himself world champ if he wins this

Haye's status has fallen enough to be fighting on Dave, so he might not have the financial pull to pay what Browne wants and pay what Oquendo wants in step aside money.

In theory it won't be a unification as Haye would have to give up the WBA regular belt to fight for the IBF as the IBF don't recognise the WBA regular for unification purposes. Or at least that was their policy when Frampton and Quigg wanted to fight, the WBA had to strip Rigo and elevate Quigg to Super Champ for it to be accepted as a unification by the IBF.

Then again they allowed Froch to unify his IBF belt with Kessler's WBA Regular, so who the fùck knows.

How is this guy even in any top champs picture.now..Wilder/Fury or Wlad ?

Id actually rather see him fight someone like Ortiz.

The Oquendo fight seems like the right fight because that is a very winnable fight but we will have to see what Haye offers. The Haye fight would be on PPV in Australia & I would be surprised if it wasn't on PPV in England. I'm pretty sure it will be Oquendo next but Haye has a history of weaselling his way into things. I doubt Browne would last long against this 230lbs Haye. The idea of Haye vs Fury, Ortiz or a rematch with Klitschko sounds so much better...

The IBF policy is to allow 'unification' between their title and the paper WBA regular one, on the understanding that the IBF belt always takes priority in terms of mandatories etc.

The WBO flat out refuse to unify the titles

The WBC don't give a crap, though the precedents with the WBC being involved seem very familiar to the IBF situation
