Even a casual observer must be aware that IF Golovkin could make 154, then he would be fighting there.

I'm assuming this must be a joke because the only way Floyd would even have a chance of beating Golovkin is if he is weight-drained...meaning the fight would have to be LOWER than 154. Floyd won't go anywhere near a weight Golovkin is comfortable at.

      Of course they would.

These idiots say Canelo was weight drained...................... yet he asked for the CW.

The one thing I know is Mayweather is better at judging who he is able to beat than Kellerman or any of us. GGG would pose the greatest problem but I think it's a winnable fight for Mayweather. GGG has not faced anyone remotely as skilled as Mayweather. I don't think you could say the same thing in reverse.

I like Crawford but again, he has not faced anyone as skilled as Mayweather.

I don't think I have to say anything about Khan.

Yeah after Floyd kept trying to force Canelo down to welterweight. Canelo had to settle for something below his natural weight, otherwise, he wouldn't have gotten the fight he wanted.

People keep stating that the only way Floyd wins is if GGG is at his best weight. That's a weight that Floyd would have a serious disadvantage in. So the conclusion is that the fight becomes interesting as long as Floyd is severely disadvantaged. Include that he's a ***** if he makes it any other way and at the age of 39 and a 20 year career, his skill is the only thing that must make it reasonable. Is ot officially safe to say that he truly is the best of this generation?

Force him down to Welterweight? LOL, never happened.

Canelo's team wanted 153lb CW. They settled for 152.

They then proceeded to brag how Canelo would be faster and maintain all his power at the weight and how it was a disadvantage for Floyd since he never really fights ABOVE 150lbs...............

................... then the fight happened and the excuses flowed.

GGG isn't the only middleweight in the world that would pose a problem for Mayweather. He's not a middleweight and at some point the weight and power disparity will add up and Floyd will feel the effects. An over the hill welterweight shouldn't be fighting a prime middleweight.

Floyd did want the fight at welterweight.

So the weight that the fight took place at was lower than the one that Canelo wanted? Ha!

If I'm not mistaken, Canelo was already saying he had weight issues before the fight happened.

Actually everyone else was saying he had weight issues but canelo's team denied it vigorously.

No, he didn't. Floyd SR said it would have to be at 147. Floyd never said that at all . Floyd SR also said the fight wouldn't happen above 147................. it's 2016 and what happened?

Oooooooooooh, 1lb lower.......... call the police. Canelo and his team CELEBRATED the CW and talked about how at 152 he would be faster AND maintain his power. Canelo even went onto say that he would have the SAME speed AS Floyd, but retain his power.

You have a problem with those comments? Canelo and his team said them? So we should deny what they said and not take them at their word because it doesn't fit the BS you're trying to spew?

This is how I know you're an idiot.

Canelo and his team have been adamant in denying that he tires during fights and has any weight issues. They have been constantly asked this before every fight he enters and they repeatedly deny it.
