Maybe so, but Floyd will not come out of retirement to fight GGG. Max's comments were also fueled by Mayweather saying that GGG is one-dimensional, with nothing special & easy work. However, Floyd has also admitted that his body is starting to fail him, which has prompted his current style of running, grabbing, holding and pot-shotting. Golovkin is too big, strong, younger and has enough skill to catch & hurt Floyd, and Floyd knows this. I don't care for Mayweather, but I do not want to see him get beat up by GGG just to see him lose. But hey, if he wants to prove to us that Golovkin is easy work, let him come out & face him.Last edited by SUBZER0ED; 03-01-2016, 01:36 PM.Comment

Easy
Because Canelo don't draw **** in money compared to FMJ. Hell, if I was offered that kind of money to fight FMJ, I'd start starving myself today,....and I weigh 190 lbs!!! I guarantee ya I'd make weight. I know I'd lose, but I'd be laughing all the way to the bank!!!!!Comment

Oh, so Lara wouldn't be on that list? I think Lara/Mayweather would be a better fight. GGG is not able bodied enough to beat Floyd. His heavy hands don't mean much. There are plenty of people in Floyd's career who had the power to knock him out. But they never had the opportunity, even with Floyd standing right in front of them.Comment

Max is a bit off here. GGG, yes, he would methodically catch and then beat down Floydie to a pulp. He'd be crying for his Daddy Sr to save him. But you forget Khan, an aggressive speedy fighter who Floydie would be embarrassed by. Same thing with Crawford. Either of those 3 would be Floydie's undoing.Comment

Crawford (140), Khan (147) and Lara (154) would all give Floyd problems. You don't have to venture outside of Mayweather's weight class to find a worthy challenger.Comment
